“Love sea food and Red Lobster fits the bill. We don't go as often as we use too, because of the higher, and higher prices . I understand some of that is sea food is getting higher and all the taxes that is piled on it. Service was good even though the waitress neglected to check our drinks for refills or anything else. She was busy catering to larger tables hoping for more in tips. The resturant is clean, and easy access for those with disabilities. Good place to dine.”

“The food was excellent and the service was great. We went fairly early in the day so it wasn't super busy and our food came out very quickly, likely because it wasn't busy yet. The cheese curds were an absolutely delicious appetizer and we enjoyed the chili mac and pulled pork sancho for our entrees. I could have eaten several more orders of the cheese curds they were that good. I definitely look forward to another visit.”

“Food was good. Service was mediocre. Floor under our table wasn’t clean. Normally not a big deal but I don’t like pulled pork on the bottom of my shoes. The donuts are AWESOME! Highly recommend them. I do appreciate they let my wife and I split a plate. Boys loved the donuts.”

“We enjoyed the Lionel Ritchie concert then stopped here before going back to the hotel. We saw others who attended the concert as well. The manager was very pleasant. “This Applebee's is located right in the middle of a number of hotels and just off of I55 so it is very convenient for travelers. The food was pretty good, nice drink specials and the staff was increadibly friendly. I sat there for a few hours on my laptop working late and they were very pleasant. The manager addressed an issue raised by a patron while I was there and was great dealing with the concern. Definitely a good Applebee's if your traveling through Springfield.”

“What an awesome dining experience!! Met my son here for a late breakfast and it was such a neat place. We sat at the counter and loved watching the staff, a finely tuned machine make things happen. We had the famous horseshoes and they were delicious. The kids next to us had a giant pancake that looked fantastic, and everything coming out the serving window looked amazing! The owners made you feel very welcome and appreciated, which makes the visit even better. We will be back!!”
