“This was by far my favorite Taco Bell ???? UNTIL the last 9-12 months (?). Was there a change in management? In the past I NEVER had problems with my order being incorrect but in this last nearly a year, I’ve had more orders severely incorrect than ever correct. I typically spend $20-$25 a visit, including others orders with mine and they’re repeated wrong, the speaker in drive thru has not worked well at all, or they’ve not heard me correctly many times, causing repeats of my order and more time in line for everyone. Typically a line and I hate pulling over to check my order, and don’t have time so I take the chance and I usually eat the mistakes made. I’m never given more than I ordered. Always less which is a pain. If I didn’t like Taco Bell so much I’d stop patronizing this one. That’s how much I loved their service before. The staff is not nearly of the same friendliness as under the old management either. Just an all around disappointment 8-10 visits.”

We had to go to the bar and get refills on our drinks. Of course she reappeared to give us our check then gone again. We took our payment to the bartender and our waitresss was there talking to the bartender. Usually the service is good here. Just disappointed this time.”

“Stopped in for the first time today (8/21/19 afternoon) and I was impressed with the gentleman in the black shirt and bandana. He was handling the line alone while his coworker worked the register. He was really fast but still precise. I used to work at Subway and making good sandwiches as fast as possible was something I took a lot of pride in. So kudos to him!”

“This is my “go to” fast food restaurant, above all others in the area. The staff is not only polite and courteous, but they’re genuinely friendly and a pleasure to speak with. I ALWAYS use the drive through, and yes, there is often a minimal wait, BUT, it’s because your food comes out freshly prepared and my orders are never incorrect. NEVER. I often pick up breakfast, which can’t be beat in taste and quality, along with their lunch or dinner on my way home, and am always more than pleased, with my favorites, the chicken filet sandwich and the mushroom Swiss burger. Love them”

“Waitress was really nice!! I mean I'm used to getting stared at as a tatted person, but that isn't the staff's fault. Sometimes I feel like the main manager is really just unnecessarily rude to the waitresses. I've witnessed a male manager just being really condescending and rude to a waitress before, and that is what makes me do a 5 star. As a fellow food service employee, I know first-hand how hard it is to get inappropriately yelled at IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS by a manager, and it was just not okay at all. The actual waiters are great, though and they've been amazing whether I've come in after a shift at one AM, or whether I'm getting breakfast at 10 AM.”

Placed order, was delivered, & everything was good. But when I looked on receipt it had a $5.00 delivery charge. Not like that was all that big of a deal but it stated on their website that $5.00 delivery fee for 4 miles & free delivery for orders over $25.00. My order was $36.65 . I called and asked about the delivery charge & was told that it is just if order online. This is misleading & desciving. & somewhat poor customer service. Just be warned if ordering delivery online or over the phone what the policies are.. I don't think I will be ordering delivery from them because of this "misunderstanding".”

“The food here is great! The kitchen is on it. I had a crispy chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries, it was amazing. The service was great as well. Here's the reason for the sub-par rating: the taps could use some attention. They aren't being maintained regularly and the flavor is off. Those taps need to be cleaned out regularly and it's not happening as it should. I switched to bottled beer after the first pint. I am looking forward to coming back another time and revising my rating, because like I said everything else is wonderful!”

“Atmosphere was pretty cool. It gets loud, which I don't mind. The wait wasn't long and the waiter was friendly. We got shrimp cocktail for an appetizer which had about eight pieces and tasted very good. I don't recommend the spinach quiche, but the potatoes were yummy. My boyfriend enjoyed his waffles, eggs, sausage, and biscuits.”
