“Every Thursday my coworkers and I order Thai food because of this place. From varying spice intensity or mouthfuls of flavor. The intricacy needed to cook a meal EVERYTIME this delicious is crazy. I definitely recommend this amazing example of Thai food. I always order the curry noodle 🍜!”

“First off Carson our waiter was on point! The staff is just as amazing as the bbq! Was the first time for the wife and I, but definitely not the last! Can’t wait to go back! The red beans and rice with the fried chicken was mouthwatering goodness! The wife’s pulled pork plate with the baked beans was amazing as well! The flashed fried onion rings along with the honey bacon butter cornbread! Unbelievable!!”

“The sweetest people and fast Photos are of Crab Rangoons, Beef Pad Thai, Thai Fried Rice & Crispy Chicken, and Thai Tea. EVERYTHING is delicious. The sauces that come with the dishes really make the food pop. The Rangoon came with a cute lil carrot flower. Food was ready in under 20 mins so my stomach didn’t have time to eat my spine lol. Little perks when you pay with cash also. If you’re hungry, bring your tummy :)”

“For $36 dollars we got all this amazing food plus drinks!!! So, aside from the food being amazing and such an amazing price, the service is excellent. Everyone was so nice and answered all the questions we had about the different dishes. Also, for a non-NOLA spot, the gumbo is fantastic! I wish I could eat here everyday...it's that good. Try this place out, you won't regret it! Also, the bathrooms are so clean. That's a huge plus! In fact, it's one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been to. Everything was perfect!”

“Awesome place with a spectacular view of the lake. Sat at the oyster bar for a cocktail (the cajun lady was really good) while waiting for the side bar and kitchen to open. We had grilled oysters, bbq shrimp and shrimp Creole, all which were delicious. The side bar was a cool nautical theme bar with a nice atmosphere until a group of obnoxious men came in waving money at the bartender then started playing music so loudly on their phone you couldn't even hear the music in the bar. We probably would have stayed for another drink but since we had finished eating, we got our check and left. I'd still go back though, it's not their fault people are idiots!”

“Upon entering the establishment I was immediately greeted by the bartender/server, Fran who was lovely. There were only two other people dining at the time l. I ordered the gyros plate at 2:20 pm on a Monday. The food came out quickly. The salad was creamy and the meat was juicy and flavorful. The place is very clean and of a high quality construction, such as granite counters on the bar. The music playing was a relaxing jazz piano at a good volume level. Enough to listen but not too loud to hold a conversation. I will certainly go back at some point and I would definitely recommend for an affordable and yummy experience.”

“The food was so good! Husband and I got drunken noodles and pad woon sen which were very similar (because I got glass noodles instead of the flat rice noodles it comes with) but with different sauces. Also got an order of the crispy spring rolls and they were delicious. All of the food was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. Our 2 little boys were very welcome and we can't wait to go back!”

“Always get my drink right!! It tastes so perfect. My only dislike about PJ’s is that different locations drinks always taste different. I cannot visit the location in Covington anymore. The girls were so nice, and I wish i knew who was there the day i went by because my drink was perfect! Thank you ladies!”

“Everything about this place is perfect! The food is incredible - try the Shrimp Etouffee or the Chicken and Sausage Gumbo. I hope they get their full license soon so you can sit and enjoy these wonderful ladies and their great business. We stopped on the way to deliver a parkour kit in Houston and will come back this way just to eat here again!”

“Great to have this new place in our neck of the woods. It was really nice and clean. Surprisingly nice atmosphere that exceeded expectations. The food was a bit of a let down for the price point. My husband got the rosemary shrimp and he struggled peeling the overcooked shrimp. I ordered stuffed shrimp special. When it came out I thought it was an appetizer, there was barely any food. Presentation was great, it's looked amazing. Taste was below expectations. Would give it another try and hope for better results.”

“The atmosphere was nice. My server seemed a bit nervous. I don't know why. I ordered a medium caramel latte and a muffin. Both were delicious. I thought the latte wasn't sweet enough at first taste but I was wrong. Loved it!”

“I love thin crust pizza, and Fat Boys did not disappoint, in fact they delivered the 90s pizza experience I have missed for so long. Complete with a small arcade, friendly staff, and amazing pizza, this place wins as far as best pizza on the Northshore. The atmosphere is perfect for both date night and family friendly fun. Kids will love the pizza, as some slices are like 2 feet long, just as much as they will love the arcade and fun atmosphere. I highly recommend checking out this place when you're in the mood for a whole pie or just an abnormally large slice.”

“We dined in for lunch on a Friday. The experience was wonderful! I loved the atmosphere. You place your order at the counter and they bring your food to the table, but they were so attentive. The owner came and spoke to us and checked on us more than once! I ordered the chicken tacos and the street fries. They were both delicious, but the chicken tacos are probably the best tacos I have ever eaten!”

“I visited The Blind Tiger by the Tchefuncte River today and it was a great experience. As I enjoyed a refreshing drink, I couldn't help but be captivated by the breathtaking view. The spectacular sunset over the river was nothing short of magical, and to top it off, a near full moon rose from the east, casting its enchanting glow. While I indulged in the beauty of the moment, I ordered a Cheddar Bacon Burger for my son. Let me tell you, he was not only delighted but also in absolute awe of the magnificent views. The friendly service added to our memorable experience. The Blind Tiger is more than just a place to have food and drinks, it's a destination for those also seeking the wonders of nature. Highly recommended.”

“My friends and I went to hang out. The atmosphere did not disappoint, our waitress was great and the food was delicious, we opted for variety and were not disappointed. It was my first time and also our friend that was visiting from Dallas first time too. Our mutual friend had been and suggested this spot for happy hour and small bites.”

“Had a great meal at Nacho Kat. We started with the Colombian Empanadas (shredded beef and potato filling). They came out hot, crispy on the outside, and soft and flavorful on the inside. For our mains we had the Birria tacos and their Protein Bowl. The tacos were full and tasty without being greasy (like many Birria can be) and the dipping sauce was delicious. The Protein bowl was full of grilled chicken and beef with corn, black beans, and more. Very good and lots of food for the price. The space was open, airy, clean with a brightly painted wall that made it pop. They also had cloth napkins which you might not expect. For only being open for two weeks, they did a great job. We will definitely be back.”

“Wonderful coffee and food. I always love the spinach & feta croissant and their mocha latte's!! They have so many options though. If you like coffee, tea, or those bright colored "loaded tea" things, they have it: hot, iced, or frozen. ☺️ Their double chocolate muffin is delicious as well as their other muffins & scones. (I'm sure you see the trend - we LOVE chocolate😜) They also serve lunch sandwiches. This location has several tall tables and chairs as well as some soft chairs and regular height tables and chairs. They have lots of PJ's swag as well: mugs, shirts, beautiful tumblers, lib balm, etc. Great place to have a meal or snack! Very clean. Definitely stop in if you are in the area. 🙂☕🥐”

“Small portions. Fast service. Margaritas are 17 dollars. Be careful. They are strong, though. The guacamole is expensive. 6 bucks for a very tiny dish. Tiny amount of sour cream. 3 bucks for just a few spoons of it.$83.68 for 2 guys to eat some quessidillas, just 2 small shrimp pieces with a few spoons rice and some beans. 2 drinks. Some pork tacos. And the small bits of guacamole and sour cream. There was a good musician on the patio. We like it. No happy hour as of April 1st, 2023. Watch the liquor prices”

“You can smell the deliciousness as soon as you walk through the door. I ordered the classic Philly Cheese Steak. Excellent sandwich! The flavor of the roast beef was perfect! Combined with the grilled peppers onions and bread, it was heavenly. Just don't try to compare this with a juicy gravy-saturated roast beef poboy. Apples and oranges.”

“We were hesitant to check out this place because of some of the reviews but that's silly, you gotta make you're own judgement. I thought it was pretty good and it seems authentic. The customer service was good. They could improve on being faster because it took a while until the food came out, also a bummer that they don't have margaritas. Other than that they have better prices than competitors and good portion sizes. Not the #1 place in town but the food was yummy (we had the burrito supreme and nachos). Los 3 Hermanos Taqueria is a nice, chill, homey restaurant.”

“Loved the outdoor seating as we were able to enjoy dinner alongside our Husky. Service was fast and gracious. My Pad Thai was really good! Hubby and I split the Strawberry Volcano Margarita!”

“Arrived here at around 615am, at the time the staffed seemed half asleep and pretty much ignored me when I asked where the restroom was.. my partner decided to use the restroom while I browsed the menu. It was my first time here and I didn't even know how to order. When it was my turn to use the restroom I can hear my partner laughing, always the one to start a conversation w strangers. Nonetheless, when I came out I was greeted by Clarice and Beau and they were happy enough to share the history of Chicory coffee a second time. They were very friendly, I just think we needed a sec. The place was clean and were given samples of their frozen iced coffee. The beignets were delicious!! Paired well with the Chicory coffee!! I wished I lived near by because I would be here every day. They told us the history and we told them about our road trip with our fur baby. They immediately said you can sit outside and we will put these on plates for you, what a plus that its super dog friendly. Thanks again CLARICE AND BEAU!”

“I had a 2-pc spicy chicken with gumbo and a roll. The roll was delicious. The chicken was fresh, skin was crispy and meat was juicy. I did enjoy it but I’m not a big fan of a wet batter. The gumbo had a nice flavor but the rice was crunchy.”

“The coffee has a delicious taste. All of the muffins are fresh, hot. And The Danish has the right balance of Flavor and sweetness. The dining area is clean. Overall a pleasant place for breakfast, or break time.”
