“Our first visit here and they hit a home run, no a grand slam! Redesigned bar area (maybe 2nd longest bar in Princeton?) The Dry aged and Wet aged steaks and seafood platter were extraordinary!! GREAT place to eat and make sure to say Hello to Andy, Director of Operations, he knows what he is doing! We will be back often!”

“I was here last night. Food was amazing. But service can be better. It wasn’t busy, it took so long time to get food. They didn’t offer the bread right the way. And finally when food was on a table they asked “ do you want a bread?” It was my second time. First time we had different staff. They were working like a bees in bee’s house. I would love to come here again and bring my friends but I want to get better attention and care.”

“Had a very solid experience. Great tasting, fresh, well-made burgers. Quality poutine. Thorough and attentive customer service. For a fast casual burger and milkshake stop, I will certainly be back. Very good addition to the Princeton food scene.”

“The food, ambience and service was exceptional. I don’t think that we could have selected a better place to eat in Vancouver. All meals ordered by myself and guests were given high praise. The staff was top notch, being there when you required them but also giving you time to enjoy your meal and company.”

“A must try restaurant. They have a good breakfast with excellent baked goods! The cappuccino is also lovely. And the blueberry scones are the bomb! This place is truly special... Be sure to check it out.”

“A true Princeton gem. Very helpful nice guys, been going there for lunch for years. The fish selection and quality is amazing, you'd think you were on the coast or something. I typically get lunch here, they have daily specials in the $9-14 dollar range, fish sandwiches or such with fries, along with a collection of salads, soups, etc. Fridays are excellent lobster roll specials (and weekends). They will also quickly grill fish you buy, which is a great way to make a heart-healthy dinner very easily.”

“Love the architecture of this store inside and out. Two fireplaces, floor to ceiling glass bakery case and multi-level seating make this store a fun stop. Of course the Panera Bread food is awesome as always.”

“We went to Mediterra for a drink and a few appetizers before dinner. The food was delicious. We sat in the bar area which was very nice. Unfortunately there were a few families with young children eating in the bar area which really detracted from the atmosphere and our experience. I don’t believe this should happen at any restaurant, but it was even more shocking that a restaurant of this caliber would allow it.”

“Great place. Unique, not stuffy laid back atmosphere. Quail eggs were good. Read reviews so we had to come and give it a try. We really enjoyed it. A night out alone with the wife before we head down to the beach. If you are here looking for a great dining experience definitely give this place a try.”

“Amazing place! I was very sorry when old owner decided to sell it. But very happy to tell you that place is looking better and cleaner under new ownership and food is as good as it previously was. It is the favorite place to order from for our family. Highly recommend.”

“I've been stopping by here every time I'm at the library. The location is so convenient with a door off of the library plaza and the main entrance on Spring Street. The salads are delicious, plentiful and loaded with fresh, crisp, organic ingredients and homemade dressings. Any salad can also be turned into a wrap. The large smoothies could easily be a meal unto themselves. The smoothies are dense - richly packed with good for you ingredients and so very flavorful! It's easy to customize your order, but I've enjoyed all of their pairings. Not only can you find a super tasty, healthy and affordable meal here but you can also feel good about supporting a local business that uses recyclable and environmentally friendly containers and packaging products! The owner is incredibly kind and personable. I've noticed lots of university and high school students coming in and engaging with the friendly staff. With the cooler weather arriving, I'll be in for the oatmeal soon!”

“Food looked amazing and tasted pretty good, the mango lassies and sauces tended to be slightly watery, however delicious none the less. In the past their chicken has been a bit sub par but that is no longer the case. The lunch buffet is fantastic.”

“I love their smoothies and smoothie bowls. Great for breakfast: very delicious, clean and almost everything is raw. Lots of seat for dining in or great for taking out. The dine-in bowls are adorable. There is street parking which can be hard to find but there is also a car park across the road (5-minute walk max).”

“They somehow managed to make a basement restaurant not feel like it's in a basement, so lovely atmosphere. Staff was very good and service is surprisingly fast. Thoroughly enjoyed the ramen!”

“Delicious sushi every time! Their lemon salmon roll, and the sweet potato roll are favorites of mine! Service is attentive without hovering. My go-to sushi place. Sad Update: Went here a week ago, and our service was horrible. We had to wait an hour for our first half of the sushi order. When we finally got our waitress' attention, to inquire why the other half of our order had still not arrived, she took out our slip, read it, and replied to us in an exasperated manner: "that's a dinner roll only" (the delicious lemon salmon roll). Clearly she did not look at our sushi order and try to rectify it before making us wait an hour.... And then almost another hour for the other rolls we ordered instead. Two hours for a sushi lunch?”
