“It's been a few months since our stay at Urban Cowboy and we can't stop talking about it. From top to bottom, it was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and really made our time there special. When we arrived (incredibly stressed from the drive), they insisted we take a seat and have a glass of whiskey on the house. It's little touches like that throughout that really impressed us. And the room (the Alpine Bathing Suite) was incredible. We wish the lodge was a little more affordable -- we were only able to stay one night. But we will certainly be back.”

Ordered a burger medium, it was raw. still looked like patted out hamburger raw.. had the peel and eat shrimp they were good.. overall our bill was over $70 and I wasn't overly impressed. The women there are great, the Jill's Favorite sandwich was delicious, as was the corn muffin (grilled with butter!), and the sprinkles cupcake was lovely. The best thing, however, was the brownie with death wish coffee, cream, and chocolate ganache --- honestly to die for. I would 100% recommend this place.”

“Spent time at the bar restaurant and will definitely return with friends for Brian's unique, hand constructed cocktails. The food is all locally sourced. We had to taste one of each entree. All beautifully prepared,..the select goat cheeses with olive bread, perfectly tuned mushroom parsnip salad, and beets, blood orange, fennel salad were some of the most creative vegetarian options. Cauliflower, salmon, roast chicken and real local beef steaks were equally good. Vegans are definitely not second class citizens at this place! Kudos Chef Nazie!”
