“I love going there to order their steak with sticky rice and spicy papaya salad. The only thing I have an issue with is the lady that opens up? The carts there usually open up at 11 and on multiple occasions, I'll get there around 11:30 and wait outside their window while she awkwardly ignores us...I kept thinking she's busy with someone else's order but after a few moments she opens the window and says, "I literally just got here so I don't have anything ready". I've walked away 3x because of this so now I never go there for lunch. When they are willing to take our order, they're always good though!”

“Thank goodness for you! I was going here every other week for a while. I want to go more, but my wife would leave me! So good! Mochiko chicken is on point. Never greasy, always crisp and tasty. The guava chicken is delicious with a sweet tangy sauce. And the mac salad. Not too much mayo. It’s perfect! If you haven’t already, you gotta try his place! “This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a chain restaurant/store. SCRATCH THAT! At ANY restaurant. The staff was exceptional, they were quick to greet me once I entered, with warm smiles!! They all averaged around 16-18 years old and were extremely mature and well put together. It really seemed like they knew what they were doing! The food was very pretty and delicious! I have many allergies and they were quick to suggest substitutions! They all seemed like they loved working there and were great with cracking appropriate jokes. As I was sitting to wait for my food, the fella who was once behind me in line started yelling at the poor, sweet girl on register for taking too long for making the millions modifications he requested!! How rude!! Please understand these are young kids who are LEARNING! Anyways, she handled it very well and even offered a discount. I got my food within 2 minutes of ordering and had a pleasant experience eating in their clean, inviting restaurant! The cutest vibe!”

“Excellent little bar sitting on the edge of the visitor center. If you're lucky you can snag a seat outside, have a beer and watch the skiers and snowboarders come up the lift and go back down. Great views over the clouds. Prices are a little steep but cheaper than the other places at Timberline Lodge. Staff is super nice and accommodating too. They all seem to enjoy working there and go out of their way to be sweet and helpful.”

“The Ram's Head Bar is on the third floor of the property and has a stunning view of Mt. Hood. They make their own custom syrups to make soda, have some excellent cocktails, and a solid menu of flavors. If you not sure if they will have something for you, don't fret, just let your server know you are Vegetarian/Vegan/Gluten Free and they will provide you with a separate menu tailored to your dietary needs. After walking a bit of the property and enjoying a meal at the end of a day full of driving and hiking around the mountain, we will be returning not just for the food and views, but also for a stay at the lodge.”

“Great spot for tacos! It’s hidden in the woods and easy to miss. The serve beer and have a nice warm fire inside and out. It gets super crowded by the time it opens. Not a good spot for families. This is much better for a smaller group. You probably won’t be able to sit down 90% of the time because of how busy it gets. There are pit toilets outside which is nice.”

“The food at Charlie's was absolutely amazing we had some delicious burgers and fries, started with an appetizer (cheese curds) they were so fresh and delicious. On top of the awesome food we had such an awesome waitress I wish I knew her name I'd give her recognition. Also the water they pump fresh under the restaurant is some of the best water you will ever drink so clean and clear. Overall I had a great experience and it's my birthday today... definitely would recommend to anyone coming through government camp.”
