“I paid for my pizza at the store because I don't want them to have my card info on file. Their credit card machine wouldn't process the transaction. The person conducting the transaction asked the manager for help. The manager wasn't able to make the machine work either. So the manager handed my card back to me and rudely told me that I need to get a new card. So I pulled out another card. The machine wouldn't process with that one, either. Then the woman decided to try a different machine. I gave the first card to her and it processed fine. The problem was their machine, but the manager very rudely blamed me and my card. No apologies were made. And pizza had grown cold from sitting on the counter for 20 minutes because machine doesn't work. And then to add injury to insult, I have just now discovered that they billed me twice for my pizza. Obviously, I am looking forward to all of the fun, fun, fun I am going to have straightening that out. I'm a very nice and reasonable person, but I'm betting that the already very rude manager who blames the customer when his machine isn't working is going to say and do very rude things again. Follow up: I raised the review to four stars because the rude guy who told me I needed to get a new card wasn't there when I went to straighten out the billing error. A polite person helped me, but they clearly didn't know of any way to reverse the charge. I offered to accept another pizza instead of refunding the charge to my card. So now I have entirely too much pizza on my hands which sort of takes me back to 1985.”

“This is a great shop to have in Beaver Falls. With no notice, they supplied me with two pump dispensers full of fantastic coffee for a local event we were hosting. No fees or rentals. Just bring them back by the end of the day. The Peru blend coffee was on point and had a great kick. I highly recommend you walk across the street from Oram's and get a phenomenal cup of Chaotic Coffee!”

“Some of the best BBQ I’ve had in years. I love how the menu has alot of different options that you can choose from. We had the smoked oxtail that fell off the bone and the large platter with the jerk chicken and pulled pork… you can really taste the smoke and delicious flavor. You can’t help but notice the humongous smoker in the back of the restaurant. It was so cool to see them cooking the meat as we were walking into the restaurant I knew right then that we were in for a treat. If you like great food and smoked meats you should go.. you won’t be disappointed”

“I ordered a pizza for my son and I. Was a large supreme pizza loaded to the gills with toppings. Cooked to excellence, not to mention the fantastic whole chicken wings. The T's Orange Kist sauce was simply unique and satisfying. The order of pepperjack cheese balls was about 20 or so which is the largest order I have ever gotten ordering them anywhere. I had delivery so atmosphere wasn't really a thing for me. However the delivery time was rather short so I was happy. All in all a great local addition.”

“On my way to the airport and stopped here for a quick breakfast before my flight and long day. I hear that this is the best in town. I also hear that everything is really good. We'll, we'll see. The menu is full of great choices. One caught my eye. Chip beef. I haven't had that in a long time. I thought I'd take a chance. I also ordered some eggs over med. Everything is made fresh. The dish came out pretty quick. The presentation was nice. The flavor of everything was really good, just as the guys next to me said. Seemed like everybody was a regular. “Ay first I didn’t want to go to this place because of all the negative review but my friend really wanted to go to a hookah lounge and this was the the nearest one. I must say I was surprised at the over all experience I had here. The place and staff are amazing. The food is awesome the hookah is one of the best I have had in a hookah lounge (they use coconut coals). They charge you for BYOB which is stated in the menu but they bring you a bucket of ice and cups. Overall I will be coming back to this place. Very nice.”

“It's a very decent restaurant and my first impression was good. The restaurant provides a chic ambience, and it's decorated nicely. It gives a crisp and clean atmosphere for it hasn't even been six months since it opened last year. Service rendered was very good. Our server was polite, charming and efficient. Our food came out from the kitchen fairly quickly after we placed our orders. As is often the case for me, I tried Pho Tai for my first visit to establish a baseline for the goodness of a Vietnamese restaurant. Unfortunately, Pho Ngon was only just about average for me. Pho broth was very decent, but it wasn't the best. The beef was a little tough because it came out of the kitchen pretty much well-done. As for their Pad Thai... chicken was significantly under-flavored and had some texture issues per my wife. My pursuit for the best Pho in the area continues.”
