Our waiter, Mark, was attentive and charming. The food was great. The kale, brussel sprouts salad we started with was fresh and delicious. The mushroom risotto was the best we've ever tasted. Absolutely a five star experience!”

It was great to see this place so busy with dine in and take out orders. If you come on a Saturday night expect to take about an hour for the meal. The serving staff is friendly and dedicated, but busy when the place is full. You can reserve a table which is a nice option. We plan to return as soon as we can.”

“All around great experience! We went on a Wednesday morning, decent crowd but we were seated right away. I loved that each table had cute and different salt and pepper shakers on them. Outside seating is great in our wonderful walkable town. We ordered a little of everything to try it out and everything was yummy. The Chorizo Hash was full of flavor and potatoes were nice and crunchy. The Bacon & Cheese Omelet was really good, which you think wouldn't be difficult but many other places can't seem to make good omelets...in my opinion. We also got a side pancake and a side biscuit with gravy. The biscuit was delicious! The pancake had great flavor and I enjoyed the crispy edge and the hot syrup. We will definitely be back! Our toddlers wake up very early so we are glad they open at 6 am. Everyone go try Hash n Smash! Keep supporting our small local businesses!”

“Subs are always good, order accuracy is not as there has been at least one thing off in our first three orders. Nothing like getting take away and arriving at home to find your sub you’re sharing is a mini instead of a giant or that your no tomato extra lettuce was made with tomato zero lettuce! I think they are new and still working out the kinks but three different orders with multiple errors is too much to overlook. Perhaps ordering in person is the best way to get your sub at this location.”

Yes I'm probably late to the game here in Pittsburgh, but damn it was delicious. I had the 6 piece order which came with, Texas toast, fries, Cole slaw, sauce and a drink. Which was delicious. Every single staff member there was friendly and professional with a smile on their face. “Primo’s has to be one of the BEST restaurants in the Pittsburgh area that I’ve been to. When I walked in, the place looked terrific and instantly had great vibes. Everyone working was super kind and welcoming. The food was fantastic and had significant portions for the price. I got the Pittsburgh Burrito most recently, but you cannot go wrong with anything else on the menu. The drinks, especially the Mexican Mule, greatly complemented the meal. I’ll Warn You** My bf did Not Like it!! It messed him up for 2 days & had his whole insides hurting & burning.. If that’s your thing then go for it, but just a heads up. The mild was great though, mac & cheese tasted good & fries were good as well. Not a big fan of the “Dave’s” sauce, tasted just like mayo to me.. Overall I love the sandwich & I recommend! 😊”
