“I used to love to come here for a drink in a quiet area, but nowadays it is way too noisy. One time I went for a show(noise to be expected) there was maybe enough seating for 20-30 people, which left me and my family to stand awkwardly near the stairs for the whole show constantly having to move for people... Maybe I'm just getting old but this did not lend itself to an enjoyable experience, still good drinks at an affordable price so there is that.”

“Our Host was also our Server. He sat us at a HUGE booth, which can fit 4-7 people (there were only 2 of us). The Drink Menu is extensive. Since we didn't know if we were expecting, I didn't take advantage of the Key Lime Pie Martini. Will more than likely be back to try this! Appetizer/Menu and pricing were as expected (on the higher end of things, but it was my Birthday, so it was ok). We got the Hot Crab Dip for an Appetizer. Could've used more bread. Husband got the Wild Boar Lasagna and I got the Coconut Curry Shrimp Bowl. All 3 Dishes were great! It got awkward after our Server took our empty plates, since it took him awhile to bring us our bill. We didn't know if we had to get up and pay, or if they thought we stayed at the hotel, to charge our room...Husband had to take out his wallet, and put on the table, to show we were ready for our bill.”

“Oh my goodness. Burgers were freaking fantastic. Cooked to perfection, fun and a little funky! Beers went perfectly with our dinner. Highly recommend to everyone!!!! We will totally come back again!!!”

“A lot of old towns have revitalized their main street, and this is one of those. This place had a great rustic atmosphere, great food, great service and great beer selection. They have inside and outside seating, high and low tables and a nice bar.”

“This is one of our favorite spots in town and it probably has some of the best coffee in Rapid. Service is hit or miss at times. I usually have the apple sausage hash but without the apples (I am allergic and usually isn't a problem to have them removed), but when it's a busy morning, we will be told that it's all pre-mixed, which is a bummer. I understand that there are people who will lie about allergies just because they don't like a food, but I was really upset to get a fruit cup filled with apple chunks as a side for the wrap I got after sharing the allergy. Like I said, it doesn't happen often, but sometimes the service is hit or miss. Food and drink are good, I just wish it was consistent”

“This was a an amazing place in rapid city. We loved the food and it was delicious. They were full but we were able to grab a table and we were hungry. The food was served very fast too and we enjoyed eating it. Everything was perfect and hot. The only thing we did not like is shrimp in fried rice and fried shrimp app. Other than this every item was delicious.”

“The food was good. We ordered the family style tofu and the beef ho fun. The tofu dish has fried tofu with broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, snow peas and mushrooms. The service was very good and the restaurant was clean. The bathroom was also clean. We will be coming back :)”

“The food & service were top notch. I’ll be honest, I haven’t ate here in awhile but I was pleasantly surprised. I was craving stuffed crust, and just happened to be driving by on my way to Pizza Hut. I decided to buy this pizza as it was closer. In the end it ended up being much cheaper too. I think it was about $12 for a stuffed crust, half pepperoni pizza. I didn’t even know little Caesar’s did stuffed crust. My issue is this place is VERY dirty. You look in any corner and there is crumbs, the air duct above the first menu screen was absolutely gross. There was also a good amount of dust build up on most of your security cameras. However the pizza was 👍”

“Great food, cozy atmosphere, staff feels like family. Food is hot & fresh, full of flavor. Can add spicy flavor- if you like. Great addition to Rapid City- Ron has had restaurants in town for over 30 years!!”

“A very good place for some delicious modern Mexican food. This place is very similar to Chipotle or a Qdoba but just that its more local. I loved it more than Qdoba and just as much as Chipotle. The best part is that they make fresh Tortillas for their Burritos! 🌯 The fresh Tortillas taste much better and goes very well with the toppings. Their Guacamole 🥑 is also very good. My personal favorite thing about this restaurant is that they have Tofu for people who do not eat meat! This is very rare and a very good addition to the menu. Something which more such restaurants should offer. Highly recommended!”

“We went there for dinner one day prior to going to Mount Rushmore and let me tell you one thing- if you want to feel the taste of home cooked food as well as want to try out Jamaican cuisine for the first time I’d definitely highly recommend this place. Hands down the best home cooked Jamaican food I’ve ever had. I wish I could go there frequently. The lady that was serving there was such an amazingly wonderful person, all my friends including me felt motherly affection from her. She’s an extremely caring and nice lady. We love how kind and generous you are ma’am. And best oxtail I’ve ever tasted 🤩 FYI- I’m reviewing this place after 1.5 years of my trip so this should tell you ‘how lazy I’m’ and how amazing this place is that I still remembered them and wanted to review.”

“This is the very definition of a mom & pop place. The staff is the friendliest around and your coffee mug will not go unfulfilled. This is a popular place and doesn't have a lot of seating, so you want to get their early, especially on the weekends if you don't want to wait. The food was not that great in my opinion, but I know that the locals love it. The coffee isn't bad and I would give it two stars, but the staff makes up for it and I know they are working hard. I liked the quotes about coffee on the menu and it's cozy enough to meet a friend for coffee and a chat.”

“Ok, first of all this place has always had a really great atmosphere about it! Cozy and comfortable seating with really nice lighting definitely sets the mood. The food is also really good and is priced adequately. The only reason this place will get a 4 star from me instead of a 5 star is the consistency of service. It's a box of chocolates, you never know what your going to get! Our service was average at best this last time, and nonexistent the time before that! Some people have had amazing service here. This place definitely deserves your time and money. That is the most important part. They do everything really well, just wished they could work on the consistency of service between the waiters and waitresses.”

“tl;dr: Great pizza, just don’t get it delivered. Easiest way to get $50 in cold pizza is to order delivery from Blaze. I’ve never been let down more than with their 3rd party delivery. It’s a shame Blaze let’s this happen after their own employees make wonderful (when at proper temperature). So 5 star pizza, but 1 star delivery experience… I guess that’s 3 stars, though I would get their pizza again.”

“Absolutely phenomenal burgers and fries. The line was absolutely massive when we came in, and we were served in 5 minutes, tops. Service was amazing and quick, and my burger with everything on it was heavenly. Fries were hot and perfectly seasoned, I definitely recommend the Cajun seasoning. If you want a burger that is guaranteed to fill you up, I would highly recommend.”

“Super fun place with great food!!! Spacious and lots to do for entertainment (bowl, darts, pool, music) They don’t have beer on tap but have a great variety of bottled beer and mixed drinks. They carry my favorite...grapefruit shandies!!! Beer and Bloody Mary mix also hits the spot! Good, friendly service! Lair with pool table and new back room garage with darts and dance floor. St Pats party every year. Check out their Facebook page to see what’s happening and find out their daily special.”

“Pretty basic. The photos on the reviews are a bit deceiving. Drinks were tasty, food is nothing to write home about though. Mac and cheese was in the cold side. Husband had elk t bone, he said it was very good so maybe order that. Service was okay, waitress kept talking over us when we would ask for something, kinda annoying. If you’re not looking for fantastic and just a quick bite then this is your spot.”

“I stayed here for two weeks while finding a place to live. The room I was in was tiny but perfect for my needs and at a price you can't beat. I especially loved the shower! The pressure from the nozzle was amazing. The location was just right. I was far enough away from the tourist district and all the foot traffic but close enough to walk to any place I needed to go. During my stay I found the staff to be pleasant and accommodating. The friendliness of the front desk staff and the house keeper gave me a feeling of home and belonging. They were extremely helpful whenever I had questions. The restaurant on the property doesn't have the best selection of food but I was extremely happy with the grilled chicken salad they serve. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had.”

“What a great little place!! Everything we tried here was fantastic! We had several sweet roll breakfast bombs and two huge cinnamon rolls. All freshly baked and delicious. Great coffee, both iced and hot. Most notable, aside from the excellent food, was the incredible service. The owner was so welcoming and friendly, and went out of her way to make sure everything was to our liking. Make sure to stop here for breakfast during a trip to deadwood.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was really good. Prices are not too bad. I had never been to a Taco John's before so I took my time looking at the menu. I never felt rushed by the workers. I find that hard to find when you go to a fast food place or just most places in general. Well definitely go back.”

“Great value in Deadwood. Hotels downtown were $250 -$450 per night and this was $75. Room was clean but the bed wasn't very comfortable. Staff was very nice. Had the prime rib dinner and it was reasonable price and very good. A little ways from downtown but Deadwood isn't that big so probably less than 5 minutes to the public parking lot.”

“We came here because the menu on google showed us a killer breakfast burrito. Evidently, it hasn’t been updated since last ownership. The menu was limited but food was very good and service was terrific. Amy was fantastic. She helped us with local attractions and such. Creekside gets a 5; google gets a zero. Let them update their search results google!”

“This is a good place to eat! It's nice to have another restaurant in town that's not in downtown. The menu has some fun options, and the food is tasty, but the pricing seems a little high. Gluten free crust is available for +$4. They have an abundance of toppings for a build-your-own pizza (white sauce and roasted red peppers are a win!). Service has been good every visit. They have a sports bar side and a restaurant side. Lots of seating. I would recommend eating here for good food and sports TV!”

“The pizza flaps downward in your hand and the toppings fall right off. Needs to be baked longer or twice. But I give 5 stars for the people that work there. They are amazingly nice and professional.”
