“we visited this place for breakfast on our way out of town after a very nice time in Pigeon forge. It was breakfast time and we had a very specific order that we were hoping would be accurate for the first time in a long time. This place did not disappoint! The manager was present and available and I even got her attention so that I could put in my special order specifically with her so that I would ensure its accuracy. It's actually a difficult concept because there are multiple sandwich builds and I like to substitute the steak egg and cheese bagel with a biscuit but still get two slices of cheese and the bagel sauce, and the people in the grill just have a hard time with that. it was done with a smile, it was hot and fresh, and I was very happy to finally get this order correct. Thank you for taking care of me!”

“The people there are always friendly. It might sound weird but this has been an issue for me at other locations, particularly with the fajita veggies - They have never ran out of any toppings, so I can always get exactly what I want on my burrito, and you can take that for what it's worth, but it matters to me. Condiments are always stocked as well. Their store is kept clean, although I can't speak about the bathrooms because I've never had to use them yet (I'm sure they're fine). I don't know what else to say other than this particular location is run very well.”

“The pizza here was okay. The pizzas were very limited and often dry. They almost couldn't seem to keep them on the bar, but they were very busy so i can understand that. Something I found odd here was the fact that the only way you could get hot pepper flakes or cheese was to ask for packets. However, they had some different kinds of pizza there that i haven't seen before and they had a very nice and large arcade.”

“Great flavored pancakes! We had three different flavors (apple raisin, pecan,and plain with eggs and bacon) each was excellent. Plus we had the stuffed french toast. Which was really good. Service was fast and attentive even though we came at peak breakfast time during the summer. Don't be scared of the full parking lot, there is lots of seating and we didn't wait at all even though there was no place to park. Highly recommended!”

“Hands down the BEST place! I planned our wedding from 4 hours away, when I started looking for restaurants that was close by, and everything we wanted I found JT Hannah’s so I gave them a call. I was put on hold and the manger got on the phone with me to discuss the reservations, his name was Donnie. I have NEVER had a manger who took so much time, patients, and was so considerate of my wants. He explained everything so well. After him explaining everything to me and told me they do not do reservations on the weekends, I was fine with that because he made me feel confident by his word. He told me he would do everything he could to make it happened. And he did exactly that!!! We all were so pleased with the restaurant, Donnie and his staff. The servers were great! The food was amazing. It was everything we wanted and we had the best time. While we we're there Donnie, himself came to our group and told us all about the menu, checked on us to see how we we’re all doing. If all mangers were like Donnie, every restaurant would be great. So our experience with JT Hannah’s was hands down the best!!!! We will be back!”

“We went into the restaurant and was welcomed immediately even though we had never been there. We felt right at home and the service was among the best I have ever seen. My questions were answered about what cooking oil they used. The service was exceptional and the owner/ manager came over and welcomed us to the restaurant. “I did not enjoy my meal at The “Best” Italian cafe and pizzeria. The service was decent but the food was lacking. The garlic rolls were decent but bathed in oil. The rest of the food was mediocre at best. The problem is they claim to be the best. The best Italian cafe and pizzeria talks the talk but doesn’t walk the walk.”
