“No matter what you order or what time of day it is you will always be asked to pull forward and wait for them to bring it out to you so if you're in a hurry this is never the place to choose. This is also weird considering a lot of the time your order comes right out within a minute of you parking so other than them inconveniencing the customer and tricking the timer to make their time appear faster I really don't see the point in this since it takes more time to have to keep walking in and out with orders and more work when that time could be used helping the other team members to prepare and dispense the orders faster.”

They have specialty donuts year round for every holiday but it's hard to beat the awesome, melt in your mouth, fresh, hot, original glazed donut. Look for the red " hot" sign to get these just off the line. Be sure to try the new donut that celebrates the 50th anniversary of the moon landing. Simply delicious!”

The Frog in a Ditch is the tastiest thing ever, all of their sandwiches are fantastic, it's a sit-down restaurant where you can get a latte in Knoxville which is a miracle in and of itself. “My original review below is two years old and I only gave them 2 stars at that time. I want to update that to 5 stars today. We stopped going here for a long time because of the issues in my first review but we have started going back again. There is a new manager, a young woman and she is doing a great job of turning this place around. The portions have greatly increased and we couldn't be happier. We now go here 2-3 times a week and are loving it. LOVE THE FOOD, however they are extremely inconsistent about serving amounts. They claim it's measured however every time I get it to go I get substantially less. I don't mind paying extra for the quality of the food but I want the quantity to be worth the price! I even spoke with the regional manager in training a few months back and she said that they pride themselves on consistency however I don't see a change. And it seems to be a problem mainly at this location. We live an hour's drive away and often get it to go, we can't bring it back and to have to check everything before we leave is a hassle. I am really disappointed.”

But this McDonald's is very good at what it should be, quick and easy orders. I find you can usually be in and out in under 5 minutes. The crew is good, and my order is usually correct, and if not they'll quickly fix it without hesitation.”

The only issue I have is that the ice cream machine was not working that was the only reason that I had stopped in this location because I had stopped at a location several miles down the road and their ice cream machine was not working as well. Now it was a Sunday and I don't know if that's the day they clean their machines or what was going on but maybe this is something that could be done after hours. This is my only complaint everything else was great”

“I go here 4-5 times a week, never had a real bad experience. Just typical wait times, foods always good but they need to learn to make a ice cream cone, every time i get a vanilla cone its tiny. I'm not one to complain but when you get 1 out of every 10 cone right that's pretty bad. My last cone looked like a 5yo made it, i was in a hurry so i didn't say anything but it had about 2 bites on the top the rest was all cone..... Horrible. That's why they got 3 and not 5 stars , I've started going to sonic paying an extra dollar but get a great 6" ice cream cone , well worth it.”
