“Very convenient location, as I am a student at UTHSA. I'm basically an ad for Dunkin in my class because that's the only coffee I drink! I'm glad the employees dont give attitude when customers use coupons or redeem the tmobile coupon. You get a coupon for a free donut w a purchase of coffee on every receipt, even if you buy nothing. Food and drinks are good. No complaints there. Could have better customer service. They're somewhat unprofessional (not that I should expect that). The younger employees dont seem to know how to handle orders. I often hear, "Oh, I thought..." or laugh at their mistakes. One time I sat at the drive thru for a while. It's like they forgot about me. Then a male employee noticed then he gave me the wrong coffee (coffee for the person behind me). I do go inside sometimes too. It kind of bothers me that the person (manager?) working the cashier sometimes doesnt greet me when I walk in. She will be busy getting someone's coffee or something and doesnt acknowledge me. Only after 30-60sec of standing at the register does she finally say "I'll be with you in a sec." This probably doesnt bother many people but I'm very accustomed to being greeted as I walk in so it feels odd when I'm not greeted. Sorry for leaving a somewhat negative review. The chain itself and the food is good. I just think the employees could use a bit more training.”

“My family and I have been long-time customers of Nadler’s- all of the family birthday cakes come from the bakery, and my dad’s groom’s cake even came from Nadler’s. So, when it came time to pick a bakery for our wedding cake, I knew I wanted our cakes to come from Nadler’s. We ended up getting a 4 tier bridal cake with carrot cake, raspberry white chocolate champagne, and strawberries and cream flavors and a german chocolate groom’s cake with chocolate covered strawberries. Not only was the cake beautifully decorated, but the flavors were a huge hit! The only thing we did not consider was that since we had multiple flavors, people ate more than one piece of cake. People are still telling us to this day how delicious our wedding cake was. We would highly recommend Nadler’s for any wedding, event, or birthday!”

“Krispy Kreme hands down has the best donuts in town. There are always adorable seasonal speciality donuts so that adds a variety to the menu every time you go there. Staff are great and when there's a long wait, they always give you a sample donut to help make the wait more bearable. It's little touches like this that make you feel valued as a customer. The only piece of constructive feedback I have is around the drive through system. It has rarely worked. There's usually a strange "Wet floor" sign or a Krispy Kreme truck blocking the drive through - I guess there's a reason why you need to close down your drive through sometimes but it's hard for people arriving at the location to understand what's going on.”

“I definitely suggest trying Kneaders if you can. We've only been here for breakfast so far, but it was absolutely delicious. They only serve breakfast until 11, which I did think was a little odd for a place with so many bread products, but it's still worth it. We love the cinnamon raisin french toast. Not only was it delicious, especially when paired with the caramel, whipped cream, and super thin strawberries, but it's also all you can eat while you dine-in. What I really, really enjoyed about this place, aside from that breakfast, is the environment. There are so many windows that, no matter where you're sitting you have this open, airy feel around you. There's a lovely fireplace that I imagine would be quite nice to be around during the winter, with all the winter smells. There was also a cute set up area for what I believed to be Easter baskets. So not only do they have a much favored year round menu, they also have seasonal offerings for you. Again, I highly recommend checking this place out for yourself. I don't think you'll be disappointed.”

“Walking in, it was pretty and clean. It smelled like baking bread and deli meat. The tables were clean and the floors were shiny. The soda fountain was organized and very clean as well. I was greeted by a patient cashier. He said hello and he smiled. He helped me pick out my chips ( there are several choices). I got a buzzer when i paid and i got my condiments and waited only about 4 or 5 minutes for my food. Before the buzzer went off, the manager brought me my meal and thanked me again. The sandwich was hot and tasty and the bread was chewy and fresh as well. I really enjoyed my meal here. I will recommend this location to my friends”

“I would like to share my experience about my neighborhood dunkin donuts. My son is 9 years old and he is on the autism spectrum. He has severe food aversions and has an extremely limited diet. The manager at my store has been an angel for me and my son. She has made the routine of going to school with my son a joyful experience. She will make his sprinkle donuts for him if they are not available, she is fast, courteous and has a genuine passion for what she does. She is an excellent manager and I look forward to seeing her every morning, as does Rex. Please incentivize her to stay and thrive.”

“Great little place. Honestly I never expected the inside to look so cool and be so relaxing from the outside (in a strip mall). The service was really friendly and helped us pick out our meals.
