“Delicious! We swung through driving from Galveston to Austin and the food was amazing. The brisket sandwich was full of flavor and had the perfect tender crispy balance with pickles, brie cheese and onions - we’ll be back for it. He also gave us sausage to try and it was so good we got some to take home! Last but not least the cold brew coffee is legit - strong and black. Thank you!! Highly recommend stopping at this place.”

“Good meat. Stopped in on a recommendation. It was actually about 20 miles out of the way but I'm always up for a new smoked brisket experience. The sliced beef sandwich was good (choose between regular bread and Texas Toast). Personally, I like a little more smoke but most people would find this brisket has great taste. The hospitality was ... well ... dry. My bottled root beer was room temperature ... I probably should have handed it back but I didn't see a lot of options. Great atmosphere for a small group.”
