“This was our first visit to Hawaiian Bros' new location that opened in Hurst two days ago. We were warmly greeted by very friendly staff, had the menu explained to us, and were able to order in a matter of minutes. The food arrived promptly and we were impressed. It delicious! The meat was tender and moist with no undesirable pieces of gristle attached. The rice was moist and the veggies flavorful. It was a very ample amount of food without being too rich or overwhelming. We'll be back!”

“Wanted to try something new with my daughter, it was AMAZING! There were 4 teenage boys working and they were all respectful and helpful about menu questions. There were no kids menu items but they assured us it was big enough to split. It definitely was, paired with the cheese fries and everything was so good. Great customer service and perfectly seasoned burgers, we will absolutely make this our new stop whenever grabbing dinner on our way out of the mall.”

The chips and salsa tasted great, wish the chips would have drained and dried longer, they were a tad greasier than my preference. The salsa was outstanding with a Vietnamese kick to it! “We had great service, the portions were "Texas" size so everyone took home leftovers. Bailey, the waitress, was on the ball. She kept our drinks full and checked on our needs at just the right intervals. They have not had their grand opening yet so we technically were there during their soft opening which explains why we were the only customers in the place. One of the cooks, or managers, mentioned that they have very good prime rib but they were unable to serve it until they have a new commercial oven installed later this month. I enjoy a good prime rib meal so we will be returning later this month to see if it is as good as they say. I did peruse their breakfast menu even though we were there during the dinner setting. There are several items that looked interesting so I am sure we will be visiting them often for our families weekend tradition of breakfast together. It looks like it will be a great place to enjoy a meal with friends and family so give them a try and let me know what you think.”

“Ordered short stack & side bacon (2 pieces), breakfast combo (2 eggs scrambled, bacon, hash browns, 1 biscuit, gravy). The pancakes were plate size so be prepared. The biscuit was a full 3 inches tall (thick). The portions were plenty adequate & good. The restaurant appeared clean. This was a grand opening of the refurbished former Black-eye Pea. The staff were pleasant & helpful. Menu showed large potions of chicken fried chicken, chicken fried steak, meatloaf, pork chops. Would recommend.”

“My son and I just ate dinner at this Restaurant today and WOW!!!! Food was Amazing and Service was above 5stars! We like to try new places and did we hit the jackpot stopping at this place.
