“We had the best night! It was our first time to eat here. We started with Babaganoush, Feta Cigars and homemade pita bread. So delicious. Our dinner was the trio kebab- large portion of meats. The wait staff was so fun and friendly. But the best part was our cute waitress she wanted to serve us desert- Kûefe - sweet cheese pastry with honey and pistachios. Wow! And fresh made baklava. We had Turkish tea as well and the nice owner was visiting with us about our recent trip to Istanbul and how much we enjoyed Turkish delight… he brought us some pieces to have. Just had such a nice night. We will be going back!”

“My adult daughter and I just had the best pizza we’ve had ever! Co-owner Kareem (did I spell that right?) was super friendly and helpful and what a great cook!!! The white pizza was amazing - perfect seasoning, thin crispy crust and cooked perfectly. We also had a pizza with our favorite toppings and were very pleased with it. Everything is made fresh in their kitchen. Nothing frozen here! My daughter is a fan of mozzarella sticks and she said these were fresh and some of the best she’s had. Can’t wait to try the gyros. I imagine we will be just as impressed with them. These guys know what they are doing. Glad to have them in the neighborhood, but we’d drive miles to eat here again.”

My son and I had a great breakfast and I’m happy to see a restaurant back open at Hicks. As a pilot myself, I really do believe that restaurant management is taking aircraft/airport safety seriously.
