“Well this is funny. I didn’t know what I was getting myself into when I walked in to Pucci. I was going with my family to get coffee and ended up at the Gucci version of a Dog shop. It was definitely the vibe of upscale and glamorous. It was very clean and had lots of interesting dog accessories and clothing for sale throughout the cafe. But what was really amazing is the outdoor patio area! That was cool! The staff were kind, courteous, and attentive. They had a decent selection of sweet treats and drinks. I had the matcha latte and cheesecake. Both were good! Maybe I’ll go back even if it’s not my cup of tea.”

“UPDATE: got some coffee here after getting breakfast tacos next door and I got it black because I can’t really have dairy. I have NEVER enjoyed a cup of black coffee like I did this one. It was so smooth and tasty, just black! So you’ve got to try them with the flavors I’m sure they’re very good! Aguas frescas were tasty Raspas too Food could use some refining … rice was half mushy half uncooked … charro beans were good but tasted like lots of canned tomato and chilies … tostadas were ok but they could have used fresher avocados fresh onions (they were translucent) maybe some more dressings on top like lettuce tomato and personal preference I think tostadas taste best with a bit of refried beans as a base. If you come here stick to the drinks they’re quite good”

“This was my first time to this McDonald's. The restaurant was very clean and the food was good. I was surprised that I was the only customer choosing to dine in. During my 35 min in the store maybe about 14 customers came in to pick up pre orders or order and leave. Also, there were quite a few cars going thru the drive thru. I guess the pandemic has had a big impact on people's dining habits. I still prefer to dine in, but found out not too many people favor it any mode. :-(”

“This is easily the best McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. I know it’s new, but the staff is so nice and even though they rushed the service is very good. I’ve come during busy hour and never lasted more than 3 to 4 minutes in their drive-through. The manager Amber answered. I placed an order for 2 dozen hot donuts. She said they would be ready. When I arrived, they gave me hours old cold donuts. I refused them, but I already paid. The attendant said they would make me some, but it would take 15 to 20 minutes. I waited the car behind me got the donuts they tried to give me. I'm done with this location”

“My drinks are always tasty, and the wait is never long. I've gone several different times of day, both in the cafe and in the drive-through. In both, the only thing that makes the wait time go up is the fact that there are *more orders* ahead of mine. The people complaining about slow wait times have never worked in food and are entitled and impatient. At peak busy hours, waiting something like 10 minutes for a coffee when the drive-through is slammed and the lobby has a good handful of people as well is a REALLY QUICK TIME, especially when understaffed. This place does a fine job. Don't pay any mind to the negative reviews. Workers are people too, not robots.”

I was a little nervous, because it is a bit of the freeway, and not a "known chain." Oh my gosh am I happy Google sent us here! This place is an absolute gem! You feel as though you are waking back in time but I'm a good way. The hotel itself is historic with a lovely story. The staff, from reception to people you cross in the hallways and garden could not be more gracious and friendly. The rates are very reasonable. I slept the best I have in the two weeks we've been traveling. We will absolutely be returning.”
