“Tried this place for the first time last night with my girlfriend. We were both really impressed - the food was delicious. I'm not very experienced with Nepali food but my partner is and couldn't decide between two dishes. She ordered both, one for lunch today and then could not get over the flavors in the sauces and sampled from both (and my meal). Two thumbs up and a sweaty brow. Just the right amount of spice!”

The ingredients were fresh and delicious and beautifully displayed, like a work of art. Loved the whole experience of dining at Deep City and highly recommend it.”

Heart n Soul by Mark BBQ

Address: 34 Park St, Essex Junction, VT 05452, USA

Restaurant

“We’ve been wanting to check out Mark BBQ in Essex junction that just recently opened. The brisket was good, but maybe not an award winner as advertised (the ones I had were a tad dry, maybe it was just that cut I had) but the dry rub pork ribs were absolutely amazing! Paired with their ‘crack sauce’ (which was so good I bought a bottle) and the bourbon whisky BBQ sauce, these ribs got me to buy a whole other half rack on the spot. The smoked beans were great as well as the Mac n cheese. I also like the clever menu choices on a couple of specials. Good southern/Texas BBQ atmosphere and served with white bread as real BBQ should. We loved the chalk board wall that Scarlett drew all over in between bites. Veteran owned and friendly staff. We’ll definitely go back. A solid B+ @markbbqvt”

Zero Gravity Brewery

“Cute brewery with a long, curved bar. A bunch of good brews on tap and an "ask what we have on cask" option as well. Good selection of merchandise and cans-to-go. For a small brewery, there was plenty of space for all. Will be back again next visit to VT.”

Pho Vo

Address: 2026 Williston Rd, South Burlington, VT 05403, USA

Restaurant

“My husband and I are quite the food snobs when it comes to Vietnamese food so I was a bit skeptical to check Pho Vo out, because of the location and aesthetics BUT it was very delicious!! We both got chicken PHO, fresh spring rolls and I got a Bahn Mi. Great flavors and presentation ???? It's clean and simple inside. The owners are very sweet and just moved to VT. Would definitely recommend their food, especially if you live in the South Burlington area. It's comparable to Pho Dang and Pho Hong without driving to Essex 5 corners or North End of Burlington/Winooski.”

Mirabelles Bakery

Address: 3060 Williston Rd, South Burlington, VT 05403, USA

Bakery Cafe Restaurant

“All the pastries look fantastic. You definitely wanna try them all when you enter. I had a fantastic biscuit. The pancakes were smooth and tasty. The breakfast burrito is a delight. I also had a toasted brioche sandwich which was excellent and fulfilling. The look of the various sandwiches is great, and if you are not hungry, you will definitely be when you will get your plate in front of you. Also, the waitresses were extremely nice. Superb place.”

Burlington Beer Company

Address: 25 Omega Dr #150, Williston, VT 05495, USA

Restaurant

“This brewery is top ten beer in the entire world. Between BBC and Foam, the Burlington beer scene is covered. No need to venture further. Incredible offerings, great environment, and really creative art. Thank you for a great experience.”

Bliss Bee

Address: 1185 Shelburne Rd, South Burlington, VT 05403, USA

Restaurant

“Atmosphere is really cool. Ordering felt a bit awkward and then the food was rather bland - coleslaw essentially tasted like wet lettuce, fries tasted like potatoes with no salt, beet salad was also rather bland. Chicken sandwich I got was pretty alright. Probably a good 1st date place, but if you're coming for a 5 star tasting restaurant - I wouldn't go here. I'm going to give it another shot though, I think it has good potential.”
