“My first time checking out The Saint. I will definitely make this apart of my weekend no cooking routine. We ordered 4 sandwiches, 4 cookies, a bag of chips and a juicy hazy IPA. Awesome experience from the time I entered. Super friendly staff and sandwiches were made to perfection.”

“wow, just wow... I was taken here by a friend a few weeks ago and was blown away by the food. One thing I love about the SF Bay Area is the AMAZING restaurants that we are blessed with and this one is no exception. We did have to go with a late reservation but it was for sure worth the wait. The service, food, and drinks were delightful. I would highly recommend checking out Jo's and I will definitely be back in the future!!!”

“Sad to see it close But very excited to see that a a new Breakfast Restaurant is opening soon. Ownership will be solely Mr. Vernon Mouton which by itself speaks in volume. I have no doubt that the new restaurant "Bojak kitchen" will be the Best Breakfast joint in Oakland, Ca. I highly recommend any Business with the name "Mouton" as it's proprietors . They have proven over the vast amount of years that they are a reliable and dependable Name that stands behind there services.”

“The best experience about exploring all these weekend food stalls is discovering something new. Hence the gem finding of Las Cazuelas (Mexican food) but not what you think of Mexican food that you expect at from the restaurant. No siree Bob...this Sunday only weekend experience is meant to indulge in your food sense while being dazzle at the amazing variety of food and everything is fresh prepared. None of that prep the night before...for myself, I ordered the meat n potatoes w/red salsa n ground meat gordito. It's made by using a thick version of a tortilla or pupusa in a sense. They grill one side and extra grill the other end, split into the center and stuffed with your choice of ingredients. If you're not stuff enough, be ready for the menudo (pork stew soup w/gripes). A Mexican food staple.”

“Great tasting, beautifully plated meals with upbeat Latine music. Someone is clearly taking pride in this place. Plenty of staff to help customers. The bar tender, waiter, and host will all interact with you and have clear roles. Drink specials and cocktails are made to attract customers and keep the drinks flowing. Outdoor seating is limited to 3-4 tables. Pictured: Shrimp corn chowder.”

“Loved the good quality authentic Japanese food. It is trendy and playing club/house music at lunch time at 1pm. I will return. Prices for lunch are reasonable. Great atmosphere even in the corner of a parking lot in Alameda. Bad location”

“This is a new restaurant that has excellent food. Not a big place, maybe 6-8 tables. You order at the counter, then you can sit and enjoy or take your order to go. The food was fantastic. I ordered fajitas, my family members ordered a torte and the enchiladas, respectively, and every one of us enjoyed our meals immensely. Served hot, good sized portions and very flavorful. We will return to this location.”

“I got a regular poke bowl (2 scoops) with spicy tuna and scallops. Everything was very fresh and tasty! It was a good portion of food and reasonably priced. I got half rice, half salad and I was pleasantly surprised that the bowl had minimal rice - they really fill it up with the other toppings and poke. We’ll definitely be back to try the ramen and udon.”

“I've only eaten here once for dinner. Had the congee and won ton soup, and both were delicious. However, I've been here numerous times for dessert, and OMG so yummy!! They have a whole thick menu with pictures dedicated just for their desserts. It certainly did not disappoint. I ordered the fresh young coconut with fresh fruit gelatin/custard-like inside. ❤️”

“Place is awesome. Price for the combos is excellent. Better then most crab shacks. Flavor is good and tasty. Service is excellent. They even have robots that come and bring you your food. Music is good. Parking is really small but they do have plenty of seating. Wait time wasn't to bad. 5 to 15 minutes when I went there. Come and check it out. If you get the spicy they got, be prepared to sweat”
