“We went there after the lunch crowd so it wasn't too bad in terms of waiting for table and for food. We got wings, drumsticks, regular fries and seasoned fries. All of them except drumsticks were great. The drumsticks were very crunchy and tasty on the outside(skin) but the meat inside was very plain. I'd go back to have wings, fries and try some other dishes on the menu but not the drumsticks.”

“Very tasty fried chicken sandwich. Be careful on the spices hot is really hot. Even medium has a strong kick. Also eat it hot and right there it's not the same when you bring it home. Only seems like prices have gone up a lot hitting $15 for a fried chicken sandwich meal wow. But to be fair the serving is quite large hard to finish the two sliders in the meal. One of the must try spots in San Diego.”

“Wanted to try the new fish market in the neighborhood for some time now and we finally went. We are glad that we came! Fresh seafood! Tasty spicy salmon poke bowl! Huge pieces of lobster in the lobster roll! Kids and adults approved! Friendly service. Very accommodating. Gave valuable advice. We will return for more!”

“So I’m always on the hunt for a Vietnamese deli close by. Coming from Washington state and being able to enjoy the international district in Seattle I was very disappointed to see how very little options I had out in San Diego. This place popped up on my Yelp and I had to give it a try! When I saw it it was a Monday so I was pretty bummed but they were closed. I work locally so I figured I would round up my coworkers and see if they wanted to order some Vietnamese sandwiches. We ordered chicken, pork, the combo, and several other dishes. Everyone was super impressed on how delicious it was. I really do you love the fact that they had other options that were grab and go. The cashier lady told me that they make all their food fresh in the morning and once they sell out they sell out! I am very glad to know that if I call and place an order they are able to hold some of the items for me. Everything was super delicious and super fresh!”

“This place was awesome! The guys at the front were great! Very nice and professional. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. I ordered the Soy Garlic wings, popcorn chicken, French fries and ramen. THOSE WINGS…..SO GOOD! Everything was very flavorful and reasonably priced! Can’t wait to go back! My new favorite place for wings!”

“Really nice place! Chill, good atmosphere, good employees! The smoothies are yummy, nice and chilly and refreshing, and make me feel good and healthy! Portion sizes are a little big, and a medium size is pretty much appropriate for an adult, in my opinion. I had a large and could barely finish! Love this place and hope it stays!”

“Hands down, the best Indian food in town! Ingredients are fresh, breads are amazing and food is delicious. Try out their other restaurant Tandoori Express in Point Loma as well. I'm getting hungry just writing it:)”

“I recently visited the Mystique for their magical dining experience. It was a really great time. It was intimate, unique, and well done. The food was delicious and the magician was funny and professional. This is a great date night or evening for taking someone for a special occasion. Make sure to make reservations in advance. Mainly all the seats had a fine view. There is a small wine bar you can drink at in front before the experience starts as well. Parking wasn’t too bad either but I’d go a little earlier than the scheduled time.”

“Sandwiches are delicious, coffee is okay but service is whatever. One lady with tattoo is always mean and does not bother not to help you. When I placed the order online, they were out of one item from my order when I came to pick up, and Better Buzz could not refund me in store, I supposed to find an email and ask them for refund. The place looks good but far from perfect”

“This place is amazing! What a hidden gem 💎 ♥️. The manager is super friendly and down to earth. He made a lot of great recommendations and the atmosphere was super warm and welcoming. The food itself had a beautiful presentation and had a great combination of vibrant flavors and textures. The decor is awesome! Modern and unique. The Sprtitz drinks were lovely, delicious, and quality. I look forward to going back and definitely will be letting all my friends know about this spot 😍🔥.”

“For coffee, snacks and overall food quality items a 5 star!! ⭐️ service could have been better- we had asked for chocolate croissant 🥐 🍫 warmed up but she have a plain cold. Upon asking there was no apology just a rude attitude. But honestly outside of that absolutely amazing place!!!”

“I have stopped by Seaside Pizza Co for slices a few times. I have never ordered an entire pizza so I do not have an opinion on that. The slices I have had have been acceptable from a pizza standpoint. Usually decent structure to them, not too greasy or floppy. Sometimes the pizzas are sitting out for a while for slices and it is much better when you get a fresh slice. Overall I would recommend if you are walking by and want slice or staying somewhere very close. There are better pizza options in the PB/MB area but there are also much worse. Overall, middle of the road but certainly acceptable slices..”

“I have been to this venue a few times and it’s great. The food has always been tasty, especially the pizza and salads. The drinks are refreshing and the service has always been super friendly. This place is great for food or drinks with friends or even if you wanted to host a private party. The venue has a great atmosphere and good music. Worth checking out if you want a more upscale venue in pacific beach area.”

“I had an amazing experience. First of all, we were greeted by Anoche (sp?) in the most unique loving, spiritual way. He asked us what are we grateful for today? and it set the tone for the rest of the lifting conversation. I love the menu. They have all the macros listed, great menu and vegan protein powder. I had the immunity shot and chunky monkey shake. It was bomb!! I’m going back again for tomorrow morning coffee!”

“I got a coxinha and pastel, regular size. The coxinha was very good the pastel was okay, for $4 I was expecting a little more. The place has a paid parking lot FYI very busy. The girl on the cashier was very friendly, however the sits and wall table were very dirty!”

“Great place to get a quality breakfast or just an amazing coffee. Lots on the menu from lattes and smoothies to burritos and sandwiches. Super nice staff. Conveniently located right on Mission Beach Blvd just a block from Pacific Beach. Parking is the downside, only limited street parking. If nearby, it's a nice walk.”

“Amazing to have such a chop shop in mission Beach. Birthday here was everything I needed. Ribeye was cooked perfectly and the sides were fantastic. Asparagus could have been an entree on it's own. Pb local will be coming back”

“Traveling for work and landed on this place the owner was really nice and the male staff was very accommodating. They made me food off the menu! I didn’t like the stir fry because I asked it to be cooked in salt and pepper and garlic just a simple stir fry but it came out in a brown sauce and tasted like Thai kapow. I gave it 4 stars because I had already paid my tab with the owner and when I got up to leave the staff called me out and told me I haven’t paid yet and that was really embarrassing 😳. Everyone in the restaurant started to look at me like I was going to dine and dash. Not a very great experience afterwards but the”

“I love this place! Everything from their drinks and food, the decor, customer service and cleanliness are ON POINT! They have parking in the back which is also a huge plus in San Diego! My new favorite spot to grab a drink and snack before heading to the cliffs to enjoy the view. My favorite items on the menu are the bullet coffees, especially the Golden Bullet , along with the pastries such as the babkas and variety of cookies. I can’t wait to try their bowls next. 5+++++ stars.”

“We always choose somewhere not found in our hometown when we travel. I was craving a sandwich and I am so glad we found this place. Sandwiches are HUGE, more than enough to share one. The sweetest lady runs the register and everything is clean. Great music that wasn't too loud. Better signage would have helped, we went in the back door. Each customer that entered was treated like #1 and I love that. This place is a must go to when you visit del mar.”

“Lori's drive through Java Shack is a hidden gem. It's right off the freeway and the coffee is delicious. I'd visit every day if I could. A perfectly curated accompaniment of breakfast, lunch, and even fruits makes a sit down visit enjoyable, which I look forward to. I've filled a couple stamp cards by now, which is great for returning visitors!”

“Just found out about this taco truck at New English Brewing location. Visited on Wed night and brought my wife back on Friday night because tacos were so good. Surf n Turf and Bulgogi Tacos my favorite. We also really like al pastor and carnitas. Definitely a must try for happy hour or date night.”
