“When I say our taste buds died and went to heaven at Hot Taco, I mean it!! First of all, let me just say how impressed I am by their tacos. I recently went somewhere that charged the same price as here for a single taco, and the other place’s tacos were so skimpy. Hot Taco’s are EXACTLY what I’m looking for - you could barely even fold the taco in half because there was so much inside! The menu is creative, and the street food flare is so cool. I absolutely loved the Mac and cheese, which sounded like it was going to be spicy, but actually was just so flavorful. The Brussels were amazing too, and I think it’s awesome that they have California style burritos, because those aren’t easy to find around here! The flavor of the month rotation for their churros is so fun, and I know they’ll continue to add creative options onto this menu. For only a month open in their brick and mortar location, and having it be primarily takeout, we were impressed at how busy they were for a Wednesday night! The food came out quickly, and everyone was so nice here. I’m so happy for them and wish them continued success!”

“If you’re willing to pay a little more for pasta, this is a good spot. It’s pretty expensive for the portion size but I enjoyed my pasta (got tagliatelle). The pasta is cooked al dente, good if you like it that way and not soft pasta. The roasted tomato sauce for the tagliatelle was superb! The fried pasta— is pretty good, but could use some more seasoning, as it tastes somewhat bland. If that’s your speed, you’ll probably enjoy it. FYI, for dine in, you pay inside at the register for your meal and they’ll give you a number for a table, indoors or outdoors.”

Though it is accessible from pretty much any parking lot in the town center. Pulled pork was excellent, great breakfast option. Definitely worth checking out on a trip to Westbrook.”

I got a banana strawberry smoothie which was nice, I liked how sweet it was, it was basically my desert drink! I got a turkey sandwich which was good, everything was very fresh. And we had also got a Ruben which was very tasty. We sat out at the back and you can see a stream running through. “The Brushmill has finally reopened, definitely worth the wait! Beautifully decorated, we sat at the upstairs bar which happens to have wine on tap! Chef Joe Roberto out did himself ( again), the duck with Camembert onions, beets, gooseberry, what a winning combination! The King cut prime rib was one big hunk of delicious ness, medium rare, cooked perfectly! Very friendly staff, really enjoyed chatting with Patrick, Krysta, Aaron and always a treat to see Chef Roberto!”
