“Good pop up located in U street. Currently doing takeout orders only via online - so cannot walk up and order. Tacos were good, and so were the chips. Salsas could have had a bit more flavor.”

“Great pizza, very friendly staff. Especially for like 1 am on s Sunday night. You can't beat it! They also have a very good selection of delicious gourmet pizzas available by the slice. Not as good as wise guys, but I don't know if anything better in this neighbor neighborhood; especially open at this hour.”

“Uproar is a very fun bar in DC. The crowd is great. It was crowded when I visited however it was the first night open without needing masks during these COVID times. The drinks are strong. The music is fun. People will talk to everyone and it's a friendly atmosphere. I would definitely visit this bar every trip. I would recommend this bar.”

“Food is okay. Staff are nice and friendly. The only meat i didn’t like is the marinated chicken. It was salty and sweet that I thought we had to cook it too.”

“In a city with no pizza identity and very few good spots, Emmy Squared is a beacon of hope. Seriously, their Detroit style pizza is iconic and everything else on the menu slaps. Their hot chicken is amazing and the wedge salad they make with said hot chicken is jaw dropping. I love this place. The burger is fantastic as well. As far as the specific pizzas go, I’ve probably had half of them now and you can’t go wrong, but the Big Ang is a good place to start. Last but not least, they have great wings!!! Unlike most places in DC, you actually get a big serving for a reasonable price and they are fire!”

“We happened upon this spot recently. Looking to just get drinks but a food item is required to order alcohol. But it’s never bad when pizza is an option. Such a delicious slice from Andy’s which is next door. The atmosphere was very chill as well. There’s a main area, a back room that has lots of glass windows and then an outdoor area. The host and waiters were very friendly and chill. Want to come back and try other food off the menu!”

“Highly recommend the ricotta pizza- this was my favorite. We also got wings and kale salad, all very delicious. Ordered 4 big pizzas for 9 people which was too much but we wanted to have a selection. I was very pleased with their pizza, and would compare it to Joe’s Pizza in NYC! Ok”

“It's hard to overstate how great this restaurant/cafe/market is. They have persevered throughout the pandemic with cheer, with wonderful dinners, lunches, sides, and desserts ready to grab and go and take home. The staff are very knowledgeable about their wide selection of Italian wines, able to offer great suggestions for your meal and to let you know what's new. If you want to cook an Italian feast on your own, they have you covered in the grocery department as well - pretty much every staple you need to make a meal is available. On top of all this, they have a wonderful coffee and wine bar and their outdoor patio is beautiful. Radici is worth planning a trip to Eastern Market around if you don't live in the neighborhood and, if you do, it's worth working in to your rotation for local restaurants and stores to support.”

“Great outdoor set up - we stayed warm on a cold December day! Came for brunch, the shrimp & grits were so good with lots of flavor. Had a brunch cocktail and did a wine flight- everything was great. Service was friendly and fast.”

“Their cheese danish is spectacular! Random: At this location my husband found a wallet on the floor and the staff went around the restaurant to make sure they could find the owner. Minutes later, I accidentally left my credit card in the reader and the young man found us around the corner to return it to me. The staff here are so caring about their customers!”

“Service was average. Beer selection average as well (for today's climate at least.) But the burger and truffle mac 'n cheese were very good; yet a bit oily. The french fries were amazing. My son and I had a great time and would look to go back. Was a good recommendation from the Hive Hotel.”

“I hope the waiter gets better, he can't possibly get worst. I sat myself down and he served another person who came in after me before me so I went up and had to initiate my order and ask for my own bowl. Giving 3 stars is gracious and I was lingering close to 2 stars, but the cook was nice and my food was flavorful, but they do not offer a lot of options to add to your protein. It's been a while since I ate here and I t will be a while before I return. I went on a Thursday at 2 in the afternoon, so I found parking but usually, the H Street corridor is a hard place to find parking.”

“First of all, LOTS of outdoor seating both covered and uncovered, so there's plenty of room to sit comfortably. It's got a really cool industrial vibe, with abstract modern art for the beer labels and posters. It feels very cozy even for a fairly large space AND of course, the beers which have fun names like "Tomato Factory" are delicious. We had their sour beer, lager, and 2 IPAs which were all refreshing and tasty. I think they offer a beer for everyone, whether you love beer or are someone who typically goes for a lighter drinks. Also, they have a local food truck come by that offers great food from around the city.”

“This is the place! It has been here for awhile and is still standing despite the pandemic so you know it’s worth a try! I found this hole in the wall spot and what drew me to this place was their affordable prices and quick pickup. I recommend calling in advance if you prefer to have your order ready by the time you arrive, but no matter how long it takes it is worth the wait! As for affordability, the fried fish sub is only $6 and that's a VERY reasonable price among other small sandwich spots in DC. Especially for the taste! Spot is cash-only, so be aware. Highly recommend!”

“Loved my experience at Capa Tosta. The food was delicious - classic Italian food cooked from scratch. Not to mention the prices were very reasonable. Definitely will be coming back soon!!”

“I specifically asked for dog parmesan with kettle cheese on top, but instead they went the extra mile and gave me an alien fetus. Thanks pentagon, very cool!”
