“Had the sandwich and it was incredible. I was expecting a sad, thin, and dried out piece of turkey sausage but it was thick, crusty on the outside and moist on the inside. It was perfectly seasoned and tasty as well. I learned from one of the staff that they season and patty it in house. Awesome service and strong and delicious coffee! Will be back!”

“Switchback is one of Creston’s best gems! Friendly staff. Yummy drinks. Cool bikes. Fun events like live music, bike packing, and plant exchanges. (!!) They truly care about and contribute to the community in Grand Rapids. I love coming here for morning coffees, afternoon meetings, or evening drinks with my partner. They have a nice, dog-friendly patio in the back, but the inside is chill too. 5/5!”

“Haven't been skating in probably 30 years but my church has a party here and after about 10 minutes I felt confident and skated for almost 2 hours. The atmosphere is good and this historical building seems well maintained. The staff were friendly. The food was skating rink quality but what would one expect? Not sure I would come here unless it was a private party but it's a good place for an event.”

“2nd time eating here. I am so pleased with this new place. The Birria tacos are tender and full of flavor and the beans are creamy and delicious!. The rice is about the same as most Mexican places. The only glitch is they forgot to include the salsa that I had the first time and the red was very spicy and the green was full of flavor so I missed that. I will definitely go back!”

“This place is great! Super convenient to downtown Holland and local parks. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. If you are a Hilton Honors Member, you'll be greeted and provided a welcome bag and letter....something that seems to have been lost at other properties. This was also the first hotel to offer me a room upgrade as a Diamond Member in over 2 years....and the King Balcony Suite was awesome! Additionally, the $15 credit for each guest can be used at happy hour or breakfast in the morning. Speaking of happy hour, $4-7 for hand crafted cocktails and tall craft beers...a great deal whether you are a guest or not. Great deals on brick oven pizzas and appetizers too! We used this as an overnight Staycation from Grand Rapids, we will definitely be back!!!”

“We stumbled upon this place and was an excellent find and the food was amazing! The dishes were very well prepared, the tenderloin was so soft and delicious. The vermicelli came in such a large portion too. We had the soft spring roll for an appetizer and was probably one of the better one I've tried and the peanut sauce was on point. They do not serve alcohol, was few of the people in our group were disappointed, but the food definitely made up for it. Highly recommend for a nice date night.”

Model customer service employees. 2nd shift is a different story, very rude and slow ladies who act like they don’t want people in the store. “I’m kinda glad that this place is under new ownership. My family knew the previous owner and his son. My dad used to partner with the previous owners son to open up our own restaurant, that was before he embezzled money from the business and went into hiding from the law. But anyways, I ordered here for the first time in years after that experience and I have to say the quality of food has definitely improved. I haven’t tried the sushi yet but the foods I did try was good. I haven’t dined in yet, but the atmosphere when you walk in is very inviting. Much cleaner than the last ownership. Hopefully it all stays the same in the long run.”

“Our first time eating at a jersey Mikes by sub shop restaurant. Very clean and well laid out store plan. The staff was very courteous and helpful, as we had never ordered from their menu before. It did take longer than I would think for a sub shop to make a sandwich but we did ask for grilled sandwiches so that probably takes longer. We enjoyed our subs but they were not anything too special, and I thought the chicken and bacon sub was relatively bland in flavor.”

“I enjoyed my meal and experience at K-ROK. We were pretty new to the BBQ side of this restaurant, and the owner came over and gave us tips on how to prepare and cook everything for the best result. We ordered the Beef Combo and it is well worth the money, even then it’s still very reasonably priced. The food itself was prepared very professionally, and looked great before our attempt to even cook anything. Marinated perfectly, and super fresh. In the end we were recommended to try the Mochi dessert, also I highly recommend. 10/10, we will be back.”
