“First of all, I would like to comment on the building located right off 696 East. The inside is decorated with family pics which gives it a very nice touch. Interior very cozy and clean. Love the chairs facing the window. Now the food, had two orders like somebody think I’m Door Dash, anyway shrimp were fat and succulent, but bruh, you don’t need the salt. “I ordered the Seoul chicken sandwich with Korean Sassy sauce for the chicken. It was arguably one of the best chicken sandwiches I have ever had. I also got the potato dogs out of curiosity, the sausage in there wasn’t for me, but that’s just personal preference. Excellent experience overall and I will definitely be back for that chicken sandwich again. Highly recommend this place if you are questioning whether to give it a try or not. FYI, because the food is made fresh, expect a 10 minute wait or so unless you order mobile! :)”

“Excellent experience. We ate breakfast there twice during a stay at the adjacent hotel. The food was excellent, (corned beef hash...top shelf!) but the service was extraordinary. You can see the waitstaff and management clearly enjoy each other and exude a positive customer-oriented energy. It was so refreshing to have 3 or 4 different folks, regardless of what table they were assigned, check up on us, refill water and coffee, clear dishes. Anita, their manager, stopped by to check also. You could immediately tell that her energy and enthusiasm has permeated the team. Very well done!”

“For 4 years I’ve been a fan and traveled 40min to Mack Ave. Since opening the Bloomfield Hills location, I can say the service is same as gold and the people are just as perfect. But I think they are working with the Chef they have to see spices are more consistent. At the Mack Ave. location, I heard many people shared their food was too spicy. I think the audience around Bloomfield Hills may be different? After seeing comments in regard to no spice I recommend ordering it Hot and/or asking for a side of their green sauce. The dishes really are great and I appreciate the Indian cuisine and culture for sharing it! Thank you for opening a location closer to my proximity, please give them a try!”

“I just visited this location today for the first time. I ordered red beans and rice with Cajun Sausage, Classic Jambalaya, Shrimp Gumbo, 2 Shrimp Po'boy sandwiches and a slice of 7up pound cake. Let me tell you....this DID NOT DISAPPOINT! It was all flavorful and delicious! The staff welcomed everyone who came through the door and the service was fast, friendly and efficient. This is definitely a return to spot! I told Stephanie as I was checking out that they MUST plan on being open for more than 3 days. The food is just too good for them to not be open all week! “After eating at their original location regularly for over 8 years, we decided to try their newly opened locale. I ordered the Tamarind Margarita.... no tamarind, so I got a (very tasty) Mojito instead. Tamales were good, a little small, but moist and flavorful. The kicker of the evening was: when the server took my credit card, she came back to tell me that they would charge me 4% for using a credit or debit card. Legal in the State of Michigan, but I HAVE NEVER BEEN CHARGED THAT IN A RESTAURANT SINCE THE AG APPROVED IT IN 2013. Needless to say I was a bit livid that the restaurant would charge me THEIR credit card processing fee for a $50 dinner for 2. I had the cash, left a nice tip, and vowed not to go back until they amend their 4% add-on. I manage a restaurant, it's the price of doing business. Up your menu items by 4%, but please do not surprise your customers at check out. Just because you "can", doesn't mean you "should".”

“Definitely different. Wanted to try something new and it definitely was. The buns are unique, kinda like an English muffin meets a pizza roll. Meat and toppings were very fresh and flavorful. Onion rings were excellent. They offer salads, chicken tenders, grilled chicken and crispy chicken sandwich, fresh fried donut holes. Was a good meal, just not into the bun, although it was soft and fresh. Overall a good meal.”
