“I usually get the Pork Chop and Eggs and I highly recommend it. This time I got pancakes with fresh blueberries added. It was $2.50 to add blueberries and literally there were four in one and five in another. Don't waste your money. Pancakes have that crisp edge you're looking for, but are still tender inside. Go for the grits as a side if you have that option with your meal choice. Also, get a cinnamon roll.”

“I had their turkey gyro. I like the bread that they use it is so soft and delicious. But if Turkey isn't your thing try their beef gyro another scrumptious choice. The service is always fast. The new steak sandwich was great , the managers here are top notch and always make us feel welcome. I love arby's so much. I could eat this place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I never have bad service and this is the only place that NEVER gets my order wrong I want to be a promoter for them or something lol”

“We visited Old Chicago for a Sunday afternoon lunch before a show. My granddaughter ordered off the kids' menu; she loves the chicken fingers. On this time around, I had an appetizer. The Italian nachos. They were huge, and I could only eat half of them. This is a go-to place for our family - great food, reasonable prices, and solid service. We were a group of 10 after a Mavericks game - Service and food was outstanding. We ordered 3 pizzas which fed the entire group easily. We ordered fried pickles for an app & and they were terrific! We will be back next time we go to another Mavericks game.”

“We stopped by Cheddars Scratch Kitchen for a late lunch. The restaurant has a very attractive decor. We were seated promptly and our waiter was friendly and attentive. The menu has many appealing comfort food options. We ended up ordering two entrees from the 'Lite Menu'. Both the Tilapia & Shrimp with Mango Salsa and the Lemon Pepper Chicken were very tasty. We would recommend, and return to, Cheddars when in the Kansas City area.”

“I like the menu options. Sadly, the service over the past year or so has suffered which means that the food is often presented sloppily and sometimes skimped on. Be prepared to wait awhile for your food. I watched as 3 people worked to prepare food as they bumped into each other, double filled an order because they didn't talk to each other and then stand and kind of look around in confusion. Never thought they'd get my soup ladled into a bowl. When the finally did, it was in the bowl, down the sides of the bowl and on the tray. Argh. So frustrating.”

“Went through drive through!!! Well that was the only option due to current Covid-19 restrictions. Cant tell ya about inside! The drive through order order process was quick. The food arrived quickly. The food was hot and the chicken enchiladas special tasted good. Usually when i get chicken from other establishments the chicken is bland. This chicken had flavor and was better than most!! I thought the order came with lettuce, cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, rice and beans but there wasnt any tomatoes, rice or beans. The gentleman at the window was extremely nice when i forgot to order my drink at the speaker box. Thank you!!!”

“BEST biscuits and gravy I’ve had in a long time! I am a breakfast lover and after a semi short work trip to Independence I was craving something filling and delicious. The turkey biscuits and gravy came with eggs and potatoes, perfect combo in my opinion and the coffee was hot. I do have to say I am giving a very good instead of excellent because my service wasn’t great. I understand I was alone and it seemed my server had a lot of bigger tables however the restaurant itself isn’t big and there was plenty of help on hand. The young lady who brought out my food checked on me more often then my server. With that being said I would go back and probably try the breakfast tacos!”
