The plain was a little dense and not light and fluffy like the other but was still a great bagel but noticeably different. Probably found my new Sunday morning breakfast pickup spot. “This is my second time dining here and food was delicious! We got the bruschetta special as an appetizer and the Lobster Ravioli and Stuffed Rigatoni - both delicious dishes. Our server Annie was great and made us feel right at home. “This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurant. I am Chinese who spent 70% of my life in China and the rest 30% in the U.S. Unlike most of the "Chinese food" in the U.S., this is the real Chinese food always make me remember my childhood. The music they played are classic Chinese music from 80s' and 90s'. The service is awesome all the time and the environment is always clean. The salt & pepper shrimp, the chili fried chicken, and the crab dumplings are my favorite dishes.”

“This is our family's favorite sushi restaurant and we've been to most of them. The fish is always fresh, they have a wide variety and consistently tasty salmon, uni and scallop. As a family we generally don't eat fancy rolls because we stick to traditional nigiri and the basic rolls opting out of all the sauces, tempura flake and dressings that mask the flavor of the seafood. The staff is very friendly, the restaurant is always clean.”

“I was working in the area and didn't even know the place was open due to the construction on Kinderkamack Rd but I gave it a shot once I saw the guy in the window. Now from the outside it doesn't look like much, mostly due to the road work and the ripped up parking lot for the new curb, anyway once you get inside, the manager is a total sweetheart! The main staple seems to be cakes and deserts which I didn't want but the gentlemen made me a grilled and roasted red pepper, fresh motz, etc.. sandwich on toasted fresh roll... I can't even say what else was on it but it was amazing. He threw in some sort of cake in the house. So friendly. I had to practically argue with him to charge me. Also I was so happy with the service and the sandwich I ordered eggplant topped salad, a whole assortment of cheeses, etc... very European (I assume). Anyway lovely place, lovely lovely staff. I recommend for a quick light lunch!”

I’m not a huge meat eater though I can taste and recognize well prepared Bbq . I usually order the brisket or pulled pork sandwich . Today I tried the incomparable ribs with a side of yummy beans. Maybe the best part is the convivial group of vendors. They are all so pleasant and knowledgeable. They let me sample some and I was very pleased with everything. If I lived closer to Westwood NJ I’d certainly frequent Smokin Joes. Ps be SURE to try their homemade old time lemonade 🍋. It’s the real deal !”

“Ordered golden original, expecting it to be crunchy, non spicy chicken. As far as chicken goes, taste is good, but label it spicy if it's spicy! No spice on initial bite but there's heat 🔥 afterwards. Maybe the breading? My kids can't eat it. Had to make a last minute meal while my kids wait hungrily. Very disappointed. The rest of the food was really good. 1 star for my kids, 5 stars for the rest. 3 on average”

“First off, their pizzas are amazing. I ordered a 16" fungi pizza. The flavors were absolutely unique and left us wanting more. Secondly, the staff are wonderful. I accidently ordered my pizza at the Palisade location, but walked into the Edgewater location which is closer to my home. The chef simply said "I will make your order for you here". He called up the Palisade location, cancelled the order and made us the pizza. That was super gracious, thanks for that. Thirdly, the restaurant itself is super cute. With minimal wall art and simple and clean look, it makes for a wonderful place to sit and enjoy your pizza. Urban Tomato is officially my favorite pizza place in NJ.”
