“i work in tenafly and decided to go get some food from friendly's to take out, little did i know i would be there for about 40 min. it started first with waiting for someone to come take my order after they have already had knowledge that i was there for take out. then the employees argued and yelled back and forth about 2 times to decide who would take my order and who would answer the phone. i asked a few questions and the server did not know any answers, she had hardly any knowledge of the menu and had to ask in the back a few times. then when my food was sitting there waiting for me after all this time the lady starts to bag my order and then leaves to go serve someone in a booth while my order is right there in a bad staring me in the face, mind you all this time i was on break from work and needed to leave. before i even ordered i had asked the time it would take because i know what time i had to be back at work. i shouldnt have believed her when she said 10 minutes. 10 minutes turned into 15 then 20, not to mention all the chaos between servers that caused me to wait about a total of about 30 min. i was not happy at all. the food was not bad but the service was so horrible it just wasnt worth it.”

“Love this place. Been getting food from these guys since their food truck in Queens. When i heard they opened a store front near me I had to check it out. They did not disappoint. The owner, Freddy, is a great guy and very friendly. The food is not only tasty, but healthy as well. They have vegan and gluten-free options to accommodate strict diets. It's also a great "bang for your buck", one platter is usually enough for two meals. I will be ordering from here through Seamless next. Save a bit on the worst that the fried comfort food has to offer, from time to time by picking up for backed chicken. Why not? The fried stuff will work too, on occasion. Last week I ordered barbecued ribs with extra sauce, shrimp myfong, I probably just spelled that wrong, pork fried rice and I ask them them to spice it width hot pepper oil.
