“We stopped by on our way along the Turquoise Trail. It definitely has a bar/tavern atmosphere and everyone was friendly. The Hatch Green Chili Basket is an awesome appetizer if you are looking for New Mexico flare (and great taste!). Their Mad Chili Burger is awesome! I got mine rare/medium rare as suggested and it melted in my mouth. The Mad Chili Margarita and Prickly Pear Margarita are also scrumptious!”

“I just checked Guy Fieri's website on the Food Network to see if he's featured this place. Negative. Guy NEEDS to introduce this place on Triple D. The Hollar is rather off the beaten path and it almost looks like a food truck or dive that built a dining room in the back of it. I'm so glad me and my husband got curious and checked Yelp to give us the green light. It was a gorgeous day so we sat outside (paper plates were the sacrifice of the experience). I got the warm goat cheese salad, which blew me away. How does the chef make those dollops of goat cheese all crispy? The added grilled chicken, grapes and seasonings were sublime. I would drive miles to have that salad again. My husband loved his buffalo strips lunch special and also said it was uniquely fantastic. This dive is wonderfully dog friendly too, with its own "howler menu" to feed Fido or Spot. Clearly, this is one very talented chef, and we can't wait to return for new surprises.”

“A wonderful new addition to downtown Santa Fe on Marcy Street. La Mama is located in a freshly remodeled building. It is a perfect spot to meet friends for coffee, breakfast, lunch or an afternoon glass of wine. They stock pasta, fresh and dried flowers, tinned fish, cheese, and other gourmet goodies. There is plenty of indoor seating and they will be opening their spacious outdoor patio in May.”

“This place is fantastic. The wife and I were passing through Santa Fe on the way home to Phoenix. We got a barbacoa torta, asada tacos and an asada quesadilla. The meat was all tender and very flavorful. The bread on the torta was crispy and soft. The tortillas tasted homemade and the guacamole was super fresh with a very nice spice level.”

“Cool brewery hidden off the path in Santa Fe. It’s a bit on the pricey side but the pizza and wings are very good. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are nice too. We will come here again. They offer wine selections as well as beer.”

“The coolest historic building bar and restaurant I have seen in a long time. Did was top notch, even the oysters that were so fresh being this far removed from any major cities. There is a huge whiskey selection that could satisfy any connoisseurs palette and the bartenders are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Worth a drive up to be able to get outside of Santa Fe if you're looking for something different to do!”

“Delicious breakfast at this cute place. Ordering was fast, and the food was quick also. I had a hand held green xhile bacon breakfast burrito and my partner had a smothered Carne adovada breakfast burrito. They had a nice layer of egg, perfectly cooked potatoes, cheese and in my case the bacon was done just right, not fatty and not over cooked. The green chile was yummy, a little spicy on its own maybebut in the burrito it was a win. The red chile on my partners burrito wasn't bitter, which is often the case with oven dried red, and very good. Only one small issue, the adovada had a big chunk of cartilage.”

“We will visit again! First, we really loved the atmosphere and bright lighting in the restaurant. We enjoyed everything we ordered. Shrimp and grits and bison cheese burger, carrot cake. Everything was delicious. And I loved their house brewing coffee too. We recommend all of them!”

“My very first time to try iced coffee and it was delicious! I've always drank hot coffee but it was just sooooo hot out and my hubby and I were riding our motorcycles. I needed a cool drink. We got a cool sticker too!”

“Food here is amazing! The egg salad is some of the best I have tried! Menu is 100% vegan and 1000% delicious! I always love when healthy, vegan, and tasty cross paths. Owners are super friendly and attentive. I will definitely be back!”

“Lotus is great! The owner Lian is very friendly and loves to talk about food. The dumplings are cooked perfectly with the right amount of skirt on them. This dumpling shop also has an organic cosmetics store in it with high quality products!”

“Stopped for lunch. Disappointed they only had three pizzas to choose from by the slice, only because they state 4 on their website. Ended up getting a “cutie” sized pizza and one slice of pizza. The slice was huge so it was pretty much the same size as the cutie. Crust is unique and delicious.”

“Very good food! We came to Ski in New Mexico for the Holidays and was looking for some good Italian food. Showed up and outside looked like a small pizza shop but we saw other reviews and decided we'd still give it a try. It was very small & quaint inside and not what we expected to see. But don't let that fool you cause the food & service was delicious. We ate every bite and was be very pleased with the service too. The complimentary buttered garlic bread with your dinner was so so good!! 😋 👍👍😁”

“We have been to this restaurant several times and don’t really have problems with the staff or service. They have a wine list but no printed menu for cocktails or beers. Even though they say they have a full bar, I personally still prefer to see a menu. Prices are on the higher side. $43 for their Pasta of the Evening seemed way overpriced and wasn’t worthy.”

“I decided to eat here for Saturday brunch and I'm really glad that I did. First of all, there was a heater under my table which kept my legs warm and toasty. I'm not sure if it only was where I was seated, but it was a nice touch. As for the meal, I had the Eggs Copenhagen, Nutella Banana Waffles, and Mexican Hot Chocolate. Everything was well prepared and tasted delicious. I came hungry and left satisfied. I would eat here everyday if I was a local. My server was Chandler and she did an outstanding job checking on me throughout my meal. The staff seem very professional, wear face masks, and try to social distance as best as possible. Chocolate Maven, I wish you guys the best and hope to eat here again one day.”

“We came here for a quick bite and coffee. There are plenty of seats inside and outside. We had a good experience. The facility is spacious and clean. Overall, I had a good experience here. It would be a nice place to read a book.”

“I've been coming to Chow's for years and it's always a great treat! The wait staff are always attentive and friendly and the food is consistently delicious. We normally order the same things, though have tried many of the items on their vast menu. The walnut shrimp and beef and broccoli are the 2 staples that I would recommend. The egg rolls and chicken low mein are also very good but their pot stickers are awesome! The garlic chili oil that comes with them is delicious and really elevates the flavor of the pot stickers. Rice may be an extra charge so ask before ordering, as they ask you if you want it as you order.”

“Kai Sushi is honestly the best sushi spot in Santa fe. I've poked around at other places and this hidden gem has a great atmosphere, staff, and a lovely selection of not just sushi but other entrees as well for those of us with anti-sushi friends and family. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. My sister and I are both plus sized and haven't had good experiences everywhere, but the staff at Kai Sushi are warm and kind. I'd definitely check this spot out, whether it be for takeout or for enjoying your meal while nestled into a calm, yet bustling, small business.”

“Visit to Santa Fe isn’t completed unless you grab a breakfast burrito here. Unfortunately for me I tried the green chili burger instead. It really seemed to lack taste compared to the spoiling’s of Whataburger back in Texas. Next time I am in the area I will try the burrito. Their iced coffee is pretty solid tho!”

“Wonderful outdoor patio with umbrellas. Staff was friendly and attentive. We came for the Sunday brunch. It was excellent. I would have given 5 stars, except my waiter brought the wrong order. However, it was quickly remedied. The Joe's Benedict was superb. Perfectly poached eggs. Delicious smoke salmon. Salad was fresh and colorful. Altogether a delightful and fulfilling breakfast.”

“At Posa’s El Merendero Tamale Factory you can expect all your favorite New Mexican and Mexican dishes. Their salsa is one of my favorites in the Santa Fe area. Definitely addicting! The food is always consistent and the staff are super friendly. Their tamales are amongst the favorites with locals and visitors. They have catering available and will set up for your event or party. I highly recommend Posa’s El Merendero Tamale Factory. They have been doing an outstanding job for decades!”

“The Chicken at this location is fresh, hot, and delicious!!! I had a big order and not one item was left out. Anytime I go to any fast food chain I expect, at least, one item to not be in my bag. Not at this Church's Chicken. At this location the team really pays attention to detail. The customer service was impeccable. They went above and beyond to make sure I received the best deal so I could save money. The employees here all work together as a team and support each other. I witnessed the team communicating, working hard, and making the customer number one! I appreciate the whole team. Thank you!”

“The food was amazing and the service was great. I haven't had pupusas this good in 15 years. I also ordered fried plantains but they were gone before I even thought about taking a picture. I could not find any imperfection in the food, but I'm sad that I'm only passing through Santa Fe and may never be back. If I'm ever back here, I will eat here again.”

“This is likely one of my new favorite spots in Santa Fe. Like the original location, the food is of high quality and very good portions. They have the staple New Mexican dishes and a variety of American dishes too. Indoor and outdoor seating, the restaurant is clean, and has a modern feel to it that seems to be lacking throughout a lot of Santa Fe. Good location for a meal with family, friends, coworkers, or a casual date. We sat in the mixed indoor/outdoor area, which was perfect to feel the summer morning breeze and have a nice view of the outdoors, while still being partially indoors/shaded. Our server was quick and attentive, and incredibly nice. He went above and beyond. The food came out in a good time and was truly excellent. The breakfast burrito is massive and their green chile is very good. Definitely check this location out for the atmosphere, food, and service.”
