“I enjoyed Hughie’s at the Food Trucks at the Great Northern Mall. When I walked by I was given a sample. Well, that was so good I went back for a full meal. Breakfast for dinner is always fun, but this was a delicious treat. The pancakes were the best tasting I have ever had. The loaded hash browns and special sauce were excellent as well. The owners are very nice people. I would most definitely visit their food truck again!”

“My experience at this one is as usual. The drinks are made well and timely. However the staff is rude. I recently ordered a Frappuccino drink which everyone knows is a slushy style drink that requires a straw. One of the servers hands me my drink with no straw. After looking around for a straw where they usually keep them but finding none, the says "If I wanted a straw I should have asked for one" with an attitude. He cost his fellow servers a 2 dollar tip for an overpriced 6 dollar drink. UPDATE: After a discussion with customer service, this Starbucks has improved greatly. Much friendlier than usual and they get my drink right. If only they would clean off the bottom of the cup before handing me my drink, that would make them 5 stars.”

“I wasn't able to take the survey due to only being 17 but the girls there were amazing! I went in instead through the drive thru because I was running out of time before work, I work at the wegmans across from this starbucks, and they got to me within 5 minutes even while busy! Though starbucks is expensive and I definitely cant afford to get my coffee all the time I will be trying to get it as much as possible, perfect environment even during these harder times. My favorite is the salted caramel mocha, no whip, mocha drizzle added, and almond milk. Made to perfection each time.”

At the North Syracuse location looked like Campbell's soup, nothing wrong with Campbell's but you could at least try adding some fresh basil and chunks of tomato. Felt like they were rationing. “I have been to many steakhouses in my life. However this one was like nothing I've ever seen. The dining area is gorgeous. The servers are polite, kind, and helpful. I had the NY Strip, and it was the best steak I've ever eaten. It was cooked to perfection. It was the first true rare steak I actually received from a restaurant. My wife ordered hers medium well and was also cooked to perfection. The seasoning on the steak was phenomenal. I highly highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants an amazing steak, or an amazing night out”

“We hadn't been to a Chili's in years, so decided to try it. Server was fantastic. We ordered specialty burgers and they came out not cooked to our request and without fries, the server immediately took mine back (my wife chose to keep hers) and the manager brought it back out to me, with our fries, and cooked perfectly. When we packed up our leftovers, the server gave us extra chips to take home and then we saw that the manager had comped part of our bill. We were so amazed and very pleased that they went out of their way to make it right. Very happy with the service (and, yes, the food was also very good) so we'll be going back again.”

“I don't like chain restaurants in general but Outback makes it hard to refuse. They have great specials and a reward program for a $20.00 discount after multiple visits. More importantly, the food is really good! Steaks, shrimp, lobster tails, salads, chicken tenders for the kids, they have it together. It's good every time. Not many restaurants have a model so rock solid as Outback's.”

The general manager is incredible at suggestive selling making it super easy for us to decide what we wanted after not stepping foot into a KFC in at least 10 years! The other staff was great as well, Amber plated our food nicely and Devon (hope I spelled that right, sorry if I didn't) came over to check on us to see how our food was and if he could get us anything else or make our experience better but everything was already perfect! Very clean, food was hot and delicious. We will 100% be back more often!”

“Great lunch experience! The location is brand new so we went in expecting some quirks. We did get forgotten a bit at first as the hostess put us at the wrong table (actually the wrong section) so we were not greeted or otherwise acknowledged by anyone for about ten minutes - at which point we had called over to an employee to ask if they knew who our server was. The server was brought over from the other section and was very apologetic. We weren't upset at all as we have been to plenty of just-opened places and all sorts of things go wrong the first time. But Jessica A. took the reigns here and made sure the rest of our visit was great. She proposed a free appetizer and even after we declined she offered again when she brought our drinks out. Jessica was attentive, quick, and polite. She made recommendations which is always nice from a server. Our food came quick (maybe too quick, but they're still learning the pacing) for appetizer, salads and entree. Overall a great lunch and a solid start to what will likely become a frequent stop for us.”
