She also was very expressive of the different flavors, scents, tastes associated with each item. Our hostess even shared with us which were her favorites when suggesting things for us to try. Our favorite cocktails were the bartender's creations or personal experiments. While you may have your favorite drink always allow a bartender to exhibit their creativity at least once and have them make you a drink of their choosing based off of your preferences. “This saloon is worthy of its name. They have a whole day happy hour on Thursdays and we spent $19 for 4 beers and 2 nice drinks. Tracey, one of the bartenders, was so sweet. The chicken was pretty good and the people behind the counter could not have been nicer! Rosa, the young lady that helped us, was an absolute delight. Then the dude next to her also suggested that we get the chicken because a new batch was just coming out. How considerate of you to say so my good man! (I hate it when you go to Chipotle and get chicken and then right after you order they dump a bucket of fresh cooked chicken into the container!) In an idea world, there should be some sort of warning when fresh meat is on the way! The burrito we ordered was very good and the price was right. The frosting on the cake was the free chips that came with the meal (chips were not too salty and very tasty). They say sometimes it has to get very dark before you can see the stars. Sure my gf almost peed herself, but we ended up having a romantic date night and sampling some delicious tex-mex at Moe's!”

Cocktails were unique and exceptional, staff couldn’t do enough for us, food was delicious. We didn’t want to leave. We’ll be back again...often. Also, it was very difficult to find info on fees on their website. I wrote to confirm and they were opaque about it and didn’t fully answer. There is a $40 min order amount, plus a $20 donation, which we didn’t find out until we arrived (despite writing two emails). We are always happy to support artists, music, and cultural institutions, but they should just be transparent about their prices and respond when people ask!”
