“Since this is the only one at the outlets, expect long wait times. For the amount of people who seem to always be congregated around this booth, the drinks come out fast. Mobile orders through the Starbucks app are a must if yo want to just drop by and pick something up. I say that, yet there was one time where I placed a mobile order on the other side of the grounds and wasn't even ready when I went up there. Still better than waiting in line. The grounds around the Starbucks are always clean and there are tables and chairs to sit at while you wait for your order.”

“The staff here are amazing, kind, accommodating and reduce my anxiety with their efficiency, customer service, kindness, and dedication to resolving any issues (never had one but my former roommate did and they handled it rapidly and provided her and I a goodwill type redemption card for a free beverage) fairly and quickly. Additionally, as someone with anxiety and other health problems, wearing a mask is not possible at this time. It adversely affects my mental and physical health. I truly appreciate that Starbuck's has an efficient system in place that allows someone like me to still have access to their products without the requirement to wear a mask. “Gorgeous and unique coffee shop. This spot is a peaceful, restful location to sip on a cup of coffee, tea, or sake. Many tables with power outlets make it friendly to set up shop for a few hours if you need to work remotely. They serve Counter Culture Coffee and have well trained staff nailing your espresso beverage of choice every time! Conveniently located in the warehouse district, it is in walking distance of many other great spots in Raleigh. I also ordered batch coffee for a team meeting. The owner was easy to work with and even delivered and picked up the coffee carafes.”

The customer service is good and speed average in delivering drinks. The bakery area was fully stocked which is a plus for such a busy area. If this location is packed, there is another starbucks in target and across the street.”

“The drinks are made to perfection at this location. The service is a tad slower than normal because of the popularity of this location. The drive thru definitely impacts the service. Nonetheless good service. This Starbucks has a decent size inside with about 4 four-person tables, 2 larger tables and 8 cushions seats. There is also a decent patio outside. Most of the parking is behind the building. Overall good location, great drink preparation, and good service.”
