“Vegans rejoice! What an incredible spot for happy hour or date night. I had been recommended their vegan meatballs thinking, how great can vegan meatballs be? The answer, heavenly! The vegan Caesar & two cocktails I had were also perfect! The bartender was truly talented. The two next to me had a sausage pizza & the first words out of their mouth “wow!” A place for everyone! “Famous Gyro George is a place that I have gone by a few times without thinking twice about it. I was with a friend and the subject of how amazing breakfast was came up and I remembered about this place. Thank god I did. The place might look a little shabby on the outside, but the inside is very nice and has that diner feel. We were immediately were greeted by a very nice lady. We ordered breakfast and sat down. She talked to us while we were waiting for our food and despite paying ahead at the counter, she served us water at our table. I got my breakfast before my friend and as soon as a I smelled it I couldn't wait till my friend got his. The hash browns with onions were incredible and the eggs and sausage were cooked to perfection. It was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. The total price for three eggs, three sausages, texas toast, and hash browns with onions? $4.70. An incredible deal. I'm definitely coming back sometime soon to try out their gyros and other foods.”

“New place in the midtown neighborhood figured I give it a try and WOW. I got the prime rip dip sandwich and home made mashed potatoes as a side. The sandwich was excellent and I could tell all the ingredients were made fresh. The bread was out of the bakery fresh and the mushrooms/onions were hand cut not out of a can. The garlic mashed potatoes were REAL homemade mashed potatoes and the gravy was delicious. Refreshing to have food made fresh with good ingredients. I will definitely be back 👍🏽 The staff was super friendly as well. Big 5 stars”

The service was fast and the ladies were very kind and patient. So many choices of tacos to choose from and they make it very easy to order the tacos because they give you a ticket slip to choose your selection and ingredients. The location sits right on prospect downtown near all the main attractions and the prices were fair. Will be back soon and on the regular”

“Our family shared a perfect dinner at this location. We were greeted with the most friendly waitress and the kindness did not stop! While looking over the menu we were brought a complimentary crab salad on greens to share which was delicious. Our waitress was super knowledgeable and helpful for all the questions we had. Started off with some vegetable dumplings which were consumed too fast to snap a photo! Then we had some delicious sushi. The waitresses also gave us mochi ice cream on the house ❤️. “Solid food and good central location downtown Cleveland in The 9 hotel. Good option for shows at Playhouse, around the corner. The prices are tough to swallow (figuratively). Pasta dishes are all $35, steaks are $60, and specialties are $40-50. On the other end, they have reasonably priced pizzas at $15, however there are better pizza options throughout downtown. I understand that you are paying for atmosphere and this is an upscale hotel, but there’s not much in the middle price point range to make this a regular meal downtown, unless you are there for a special occasion. Entrees were above average, though a little salty. Recommend the meatball and crispy polenta cubes.”

“1st, the signage is so minimal we didn't realize we'd arrived. For those who know of Bialy's Bagels, their recently expanded service is next door. They've downplayed the decor as it's minimal, but nice. Kevin was super friendly but seems they're disorganized/slow & he was apologetic, several times for taking awhile. They close early (7pm?) but the place was empty at 6 when we arrived. There were at least 2 customers who picked up To Go orders while we were there. Kevin said they've been open for about a month - we 4 were the only ones there, but 2 orders came out together, then the 3rd - mine was last. Prices seem friendly, food quality was high, substitute ingredients are possible - my Artichoke/cheese Panini was top notch & VERY cheesy - similar comments from the others confirmed their approvals. 2 of us got smoothies - both were delicious (very thick) though I'm glad I ordered a Small as the Panini was large (as was the Rice Bowl 1 of us ordered). Again, at checkout, it was disorganized. We had to recite our orders for Kevin to provide our bills. I'm not a vegetarian/vegan which seemed the majority of their offerings but I'd consider other Paninis (& maybe a Rice Bowl). However.......... I am VERY TURNED OFF by plastic silverware & disposable serving ware - it may be THE reason I don't return!”

“This is one of the best Ice cream and milkshake. Place was busy so I can understand employees messed up my order for milkshake however their Berries chocolate and wild-berry crumble was really good. Kind of ice cream that will satisfy your taste buds beyond other regular ice cream. Their Tiramisu Ice cream is also really to die for. “October 2022: I brought the family here after a visit at the Solon Family Health Center. Their first time eating Mitchell's Ice Cream and they liked it. Pros: * Large, clean open inside area to enjoy ice cream year round. They even have paper, crayons, and small shorter tables for the toddlers to use. * Friendly staff who were patient with us as we sampled various flavors prior to ordering * Good variety of ice cream flavors to choose from. Cons: * Maple Walnut is out of season 😢 * Parking during peak times could be an issue, especially in the front parking lot. Additional parking in the rear. Conclusion: We will most definitely be back for more ice cream. My family loves Mitchell's Ice Cream and recognizes them as a top tier ice cream supplier in the Cleveland area. However, they seem to prefer Honey Hut when given the option.”
