“The place was clean with good ambience. We ordered Combination Dinner (Chicken and Shrimp) and Gyoza. It was just okay. The dinner plate was a bit salty. Service was good but not that great. We were brought water and never got asked for refills. Overall, I would rate it as 3.5/5.”

“Ambiance: Such an adorable place inside, Llamas everywhere and really colorful. There are lots of interesting things to look at/purchase. Service: They were so sweet, im indecisive, so they answered all our questions and made sure we had a great experience. Food: I'm not a huge donut person, so I didn't really know what to expect. I appreciate the ability to choose different flavors for each donut to sample. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and had a few favorites (lemon bar & strawberry cheesecake)”

“Stopped in while walking around the Route 66 Christmas Chute because the smell drew us in. The fish was amazing! Crispy on the outside and flakey on the inside. The shrimp were huge and fried to perfection. I loved the red beans and rice and the green beans. Everything had so much flavor. The food is served in to-go containers even if you dine in. Not a big deal, though because you’d most likely be taking some home, anyway! I’d definitely go back if in the Sapulpa area!”

“Cute and unique! My granddaughter loved her ice cream… and mine! We’ll have to come back. The fish ice cream cones were soft and yummy. The ice cream was good and the toppings were fun. We thought it would be less mess getting a cup but decided next time we’d get our ice cream in the cone. Is definitely a must do if you’re in the area.”

“We had a great experience at The Canebrake. Totally unexpected as to how very nice it was. The cabins are not cabin-like decor but very up-to-date and very comfortable—terrific atmosphere in the room I shared with three friends. The room was extremely clean, bed comfortable, nice large shower. To top it off, we found all the staff very accommodating and most welcoming!! We’ll go again for a family weekend outing.”

“My wife and I drove over to check the foliage colors around Ft Gibson Lake and Sequoyah State Park, and also to try JC’s (Jauan’s) at their new location. According to the waitress the restaurant retained the same staff along with the menu. We tried the Burrito Monterey. A flour tortilla filled with well-seasoned ground beef, topped with lettuce, tomato, sour cream and queso. The lettuce and tomato made the burrito taste much fresher than just a burrito with sauce. Packed with ground beef, filling and delicious. The refried beans were smooth creamy and not bland. Very good salsas and the chips came to the table fresh crispy and warm. The restaurant is a repurposed diner, clean, lots of room and there are big windows that allow for scenic views of the lake. I like it! It was a pleasant experience. If you are looking for other Mexican restaurants in the area, check out my reviews in my collection "Jalapeno Highway" on Yelp. I've probably been there. Previous review from October 6. 2023 This is old Juan's that operated on the east side of Hwy 69 just north of the intersection of highway 51 in Wagoner. The menu is the same, even the telephone number is the same. The restaurant has changed its name and now operating under the alias of JC's. The restaurant is now located on the south side Hwy 51 just before you cross Ft Gibson Lake going east to Tahlequah. Easy to get to and ample parking. See the Spike S. review for Juan's in Wagoner. I was not too impressed with the restaurant when it operated in Wagner, however it seems to be well loved by the locals. Since I'm frequently in the area I will give it another try.”

“This space has a great atmosphere. It's super conveniently located off 164th and Hwy 74 so it's an easy on and off if need be. The owner is super knowledgeable about cheesy facts and has a great selection of that good good stinky stuff as well as a lovely swath of wine and spritzers.”

“Great atmosphere, exceptionally clean. Our steaks were perfect (med rare). They were short staffed but still managed to offer wonderful service and went above and beyond when my daughter didn't love the drink she ordered. They remade a drink and didn't charge extra. Will definitely be back..”

“Good - **** Their salad bar is the best. They have awesome veg options for the salad bar. The desert bar was better before but now they reduced it a lot which was disappointing. Otherwise jasons deli is good for salad bar.”

“My reviews are always honest and I try to be up front. The business is new and as such has some growing pains as normal. Clean dining area, drive thru didn't work and no sign indicating the intercom was broken. We were left setting for ten minutes without anyone talking through the speaker. When we pulled up to the window not one employee was in sight and again no sign indicating they weren't using the drive thru. Went inside to order and found the cook who was doing his job with three front counter employees standing around him discussing Facebook laughing and having a good time instead of paying attention to the front of the restaurant. Was informed they knew the drive thru intercom didn't work and a technician had been scheduled. So why no sign saying broken come inside? Food, first off this is Smash Burger with a different name as far as the burgers go. Our burgers had so much mustard and onions on them you literally couldn't taste the meat. Honestly not just my opinion but my lunch companions. Fries were good, and the soda fountain was broken so we got bottles instead. They may get better but right now for what you pay and what you get there are better options around. My first suggestion would be to get your wait staff out of the kitchen and to the front of the store. Even when waiting on my order never had one employee out front. When all your customers hear is all the employees laughing and goofing off it doesn't really matter if your food is good or not.”

“Food: food was great and original. I had brunch with a stack of pancakes! Service: No bad, it just took a long time to get things going. We sat for about 15 min with no one noticing us. Once the waiter came to help us out, he stayed busy helping us out and maintaining good service The atmosphere was great. The restaurant was not busy. This made it enjoyable Bathrooms were clean”

“We ate here today and what a great experience! The squaw bread as a starter was delicious! Some of best catfish I’ve ever had, not the same run of the mill catfish that most restaurants serve! Great green beans too! Everything is fresh never frozen! Wait staff extremely friendly and accommodating . Prices are very affordable! Can’t wait to go back. Also everything was extremely clean!!”

“I don't even know where to start. This place knocked it out of the park! We stopped in around midnight looking for some food and hoping they would have something more than chips or a candy bar. Well, well, well... we hit pay dirt. The grill is open 24 hours. Yes. 24 hours. They have hot, grab 'n go items like pulled pork sandwiches, burritos, and breakfast items. The chorizo, egg, and cheese burrito was on point. Fresh and tasty. Bit you can order off the menu, as well. Their tots are very good. The hot ham and cheese on King's hawaiian bun-fabulous. They were making fresh salads and sandwiches and sticking the cooler while we were there. They had some good-looking California rolls. Yeah. Seriously. They also have family meals like a pan of take and heat lasagne and a pan of ham and cheese sliders. And this was just the beginning. They had a nice coffee station and cappuccinos. There were candy and chips and lots of soda options. A beer cooler and an artisan beer case. Oh, and a wall full of nothing but gummy candy. We are already planning to go back before Thanksgiving so we can get the Thanksgiving on a bun lunch special (turkey, stuffing, and cranberry). If you find yourself in or around Anadarko, do yourself a favor and stop in. Not to mention everyone that was working there that night was super friendly. 2 thumbs up!”
