I have ordered twice from the new North hills location and both times the pizza has been delicious and hot when I got it home. “i ordered the square pepperoni classic , the crust was crispy and the toppings were generous. i also tried the parmesan pepper fries. these fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned. the only downside is the price point which is the only reason i didnt give 5 stars , its a bit expensive and the pizza only comes in one size. its an 8 cut but the slices are pretty large . i will order from here again”

I brought my wife here for a pre-birthday dessert celebration, and it was exquisite. We love finding places that have late night coffee and dessert, so this was a perfect place. We got the chocolate sponge cake with raspberry sauce, and it was excellent. I was also super excited that you have decaf espresso drinks. I love all the artwork on your walls and the comfortable couches are A great place to relax after a long day. Blue Sky Kitchen & Bar is a much needed new addition to this area of East Liberty and the ownership of this new venture is easily one of the neighborhood's most loyal hospitality leaders to the surrounding community that you can find. Plenty of seating both inside, and outside (weather permitting) and rumors are spreading that they venue plans to build an outdoor structure so that live music can be played in all weather environments...but that's down the road for now. I'm glad to share that this location is LGBTQIA friendly and will glad to be a regular at this much needed 211 Tower renovation.”

“Very delicious, highly recommended, we tried Steak hoagie and peanut butter and jelly they were great, we just need them to add to the menu the chocolate milk for kids and half and half cream for the coffee not only the coffee mate. And they need to extend the business hours,, yesterday we came after 4 pm and we found them already closed. I hope they stay open at least until 7 or 8 pm. The ambience was so peaceful.”

“Very very good for a newer restaurant. I ordered fish & grits, hubby ordered chicken and churro waffles. My meal was extraordinary. It would help if the menu identified the type of fish. It was whiting and well cooked. The grits were creamy & cheesy, a splash of tomato relish added a tangy twist. The chicken was fried hard and the tender waffle was dusted with cinnamon sugar & sprinkled with blueberries. Delicious! Service was friendly and the decor is minimalist modern.”

“I thought I found a new place to eat because I absolutely love a good meal. I purchased the Penn Ave Feast with extra lobster tails. I thought I was purchasing hot, fresh, tasty food; not the case. The crab legs were cold, the shrimp were okay, the lobster tails were salty, the salmon tasted spoiled and the street corn was cold. To live up to the name of the place, some changes needed to be made. I don't think I will be going back UNLESS changes are made asap. Also, watch your bill, your food is surcharged under the title of Advantage Program Surcharge. It would have still be worth it, IF the food was hot and fresh. Good Luck at this place.”

“Was in Pittsburgh and needed to find some place to eat. Was looking at nearby restaurants on Apple Maps and due to their menu and the 4.5 star review they had my friend and I checked them out. The beer selection was great and very tasteful. We ordered steak tacos, grilled cheese w/tomato soup, and wings with their house buffalo sauce. It was all so so good, and Liz, one of the bartenders, was knowledgeable, gave great suggestions and was super nice! Definitely will go back if I’m ever in the Pittsburgh area again!”
