“Got the Amigo's Special with steak and onions, fried plantain and a Hawaiian pizza. The pizza was good and the steak platter was amazing. You get a lot of food with each platter (steak, onions, rice, salad, beans and fried plantain) and the price is right. The fried plantains were crispy and hot with just the right amount of garlic. Will try their other platters next time. Give the place a shot for great Spanish food.”

I wanted to ask if I could get the salsa in a jar--bright, flavorful; I think I could eat it on anything. I don't remember what I ate the time before that, but I remember it was equally worthy. “The food is good, but service very much depends on what waitress you get. Our first visit was great but this time we had a different waitress than the first time. Our waitress this time was named Kristin. I ordered waffle a la mode and wasn't told until the food came that they were out of ice cream. Not a huge deal but I likely would have ordered something else if I had known. I was offered whipped cream or fruit instead but I chose to just use the butter provided. When the check came, we were still charged for the waffle a la mode. We eventually were able to flag down the waitress and when we asked why we were charged for the a la mode her answer was "That's what you got." While it is what we ordered, it isn't what we got and we explained that to her. She took the check, corrected it, and brought it back without a word. No apology, no anything, just a sour look on her face. If you're lucky enough to get a good waitress it's a good place to eat!”

“We went to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday. The food was delicious, but the table was too small for our party. And our waiter wasn't attentive enough. They should add more staff on the busy weekend. We also had the beignets. The Jack Daniel's sauce that comes with them is out of this world. We got crab cakes as an appetizer and they were freaking amazing. My only issue was I asked for additional cocktail sauce for my shrimp and they bought it out in a used ramekin. When I questioned our waiter he said they must have use a ramekin that had some ketchup in it before. WTF??! Although we had a few mishaps we'll return to this restaurant.”

“Excellent place for halal meat. very good service with lots of fresh vegetables. they have variety of rice, flour, spices, daals, steel utensils what not to name a few. The mango juice exported are amazing, a must want for my family every time we drop in there. The meat section has fresh goat brain, goat leg as well. its neat and clean and the service is fast. we went it for a whole goat and after measuring infront of you ( unlike others who do it before you come in) they quickly took our requirement and did it as fast as possible. They also have quick snack section as well. I would highly recommend buying Indian grocery/meat here.”
