“I had honestly stumbled upon the location. They had great service. Our server was very helpful and was very fast to respond to any request. All that I ordered turned out to be some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time! Highly recommended!”

“If you have not been here lately...it is an absolute MUST!!!! Renovated and modern on the main floor but kept the nostalgia of the building and upstairs hotel! Great service, lovely staff, and the owner is so personable and welcomes you in like family. Kids are welcome, pizza available! Although I loved the nostalgia its the best I've seen it! I applaud you sir 👏 🙌 Oyster shooter available, if you haven't tried, put on your bucket list!!”

“Enjoyed the food. Great selection of drinks. Decent price. The waitress was very attentive and got a bowl of water for our dog. Very dog friendly patio area. It's also very close to the celebrity hotel so you can see and hear the shenanigans from here when doing the shootouts.”

“Deadwood Pizza Factory is a great place to stop in Deadwood. The pizza was amazing! We got a meat lovers and it had so much cheese on it, but still not too greasy. The service was fantastic. I highly recommend this pizza place. Main Street was so fun to explore- especially at night. If you’re looking for somewhere good to stop for food and drinks this is your place!”

“Great Rocky Mountain oysters!! Best we’ve ever had. Drinks weren’t bad. Chicken friend steak was also pretty good.”

“Service was great. Food was mediocre, but high prices for what we got. Overall it wasn't bad but it wasn't anything that deserves 4 or 5 stars. A simple meal for two was $40. We got fried shrimp with fries, and the deadwood dip with fries. The meat on the deadwood dip was a little dry but not terrible. I will try other places around deadwood before coming back here.”

“Troy made our experience nice. It was our 41st anniversary. Rib eye was amazing, baked potato fluffy and asparagus was perfect. We got desert for our anniversary and it was complementary. It was a bit noisy, but maybe some table cloths or something on the wall to cut the noise and it would be perfect. Will definitely come back. Ask for Troy. He was amazing”

“This was pretty good but they should update their online menu. Prices and all. Side options are different. What was once 2 sides is one on their physical menu. Lamb bolagnese was great and the Buffalo ravioli appetizer was great except the mediocre sauce. I felt like they dumped a can of crushed tomatoes on the dish🤣🤣🤣 classy! The chocolate mocha martini was phenomenal and Troy, yep I remember his name, was great, no complaints whatsoever for him, thanks for great service there. Come early, they sell out at a decent time of the good stuff 😂 oh and you probably should serve fresh water that hasn't been sitting for God knows how long. It was not cold and the glass wasn't even sweating with no ice... 4 out of 5 ⭐”

“Had our wedding and reception at this beautiful, historic venue. We're so elated that we chose this location. The elegant ballroom was the absolute perfect place to hold such a celebration. The owners of the establishment are so incredibly kind, generous and helpful. The immense amount of love and work they have put into the building is apparent and they give the same treatment to their patrons and everyone else who walks through their doors. The rooms are very luxurious, each one of them is different and walking into them is like stepping back in time. They all feature many authentic antiques and historically accurate furnishings. Really feels like you're living in the old days of Deadwood. Overall, we are overjoyed beyond words with our experience here. We give thanks from the bottom of our hearts to M & B for every single thing they did for us leading up to and on our big day. We are forever grateful you were a part of it. TLDR: I truly can't recommend this hotel and it's people enough. 1000/10 stars”

“The breakfast was great! I got a breakfast croissant and hubby got biscuits and gravy with sausage. The sausage patties are hand formed. The gravy is made from scratch. It was all just a great home cooked meal. If you have to wait for a table...it is well worth it. I don't go around saying that cause I hate waiting. Go there! You won't regret it!”

“Located in the basement of the building, this pizza is fantastic by any standards. Thin crust that is crisp on the bottom but still has good softness and chew. Flavorful sauce and a good balance of cheese and toppings. The pretzel bites were also killer. Great service by friendly staff as well.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Historic Iron Horse Inn & Casino! It is in town, so close to Main St. where most everything is. Cheri was the best! So great to help us with our needs! The bed was comfortable. The bathroom consists of the toilet and shower, and the sink and vanity area (good size) is outside of the bathroom in the edge of the room....ideal if there are more than 2 people. The best part about the room was a huge ceiling fan with a great LED light fixture that you can turn off separately! They also have a/c. Iron Horse is an older hotel with wood doors and real keys. It has character for those who can appreciate that. The parking lot is small, so they assign your parkingThere is a pool table and foosball in the lobby, and a great pizza place that serves both on the lobby and downstairs at Stan & Ollie's bar & restaurant. The pizza is delicious! I recommend the Iron Horse for you stay in Deadwood!”

“A great low-key pub with tasty food at affordable prices. The drinks and appetizers were half off during happy hour. We tried the chicken fried bacon with raspberry jalapeño sauce and Cracklin' Pollo. Both were amazing. The bartender was super friendly and let us know when they have live music. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for some unique tastes.”

“The server was excellent, she was friendly and attentive. She got my drink quickly and answered all my questions. If the salmon had been served on a bed of rice the meal would have been perfect. The salmon was prepared very well and the vegetables were very good. I will eat here again”

“Love this place. Completely customizing your sauces and ingredients is fun. Very surprised how much I love the pepperoni in there. Atmosphere isn't anything to rave about but the booths are comfortable enough and always very clean. The large bowl is enormous, I usually have a dinner and at least 1 lunch from it.”

“It is currently takeout only so I did not dine in at the restaurant. The owners are very friendly and the food was amazing! I only wish that the portions were a little bigger. I forgot to ask for extra spicy so the food was very mild.”

“I had the triple decker Turkey bacon club with fries. It was actually really good. Everything was fresh and tasty for 10pm at night. Hit the spot. Add a drink and a slice of pie to any entree for $4.99. I was thankful to have a place to eat because it was so late.”

“My husband had the Birria Burger and absolutely loved it. I had the chicken chimichanga's. I would argue with anyone that this is the best authentic Mexican in town. The owners are absolutely amazing and are a close family. Everything is homemade and full of flavor and fresh! They are a new little restaurant, spread the word and go enjoy some real Mexican flavor! We will be going again for sure.”

“It's a pretty nice bar. There's no food IN the bar despite what the website says. Amy, the bartender, seems to be the one woman show, but she handles it like a champ.”

“Best lunch buffet ever! Super nice food presentation with solid service and seating. Go to place for business lunch in Rapid City! Breakfast closes at 10. There is plenty of close parking. Free coffee while you are waiting in the Hotel lobby next door. Good places to make last-minute phone calls.”

“We got there around 5:15 and the place was packed. We got a table right away but as we were leaving there were tons of people waiting. We ordered a porterhouse to share with 3 sides. The hot buns with cinnamon butter was so good as well. It was all delicious and enough food for 2 people. They had a customer rep go around and ask people how the service and food was. That is a very good idea. Will definitely go there again.”

“Went here for Valentine's Day, wasn't too busy and our service was great. Food was good, we ordered calamari as an app and we were a little disappointed. It had too much batter for my liking. Our main meals were better though, and the side of brussel sprouts was delicious! Can't really go wrong with Red Lobster and nothing beats their biscuits. They do not have king crab legs though so be aware of that.”

“Absolutely delicious BBQ! HIGHLY recommend this addictive and phenomenal food. Atmosphere is definitely comfortable and friendly. They offer high chairs for those in need, restrooms and soft serve ice cream. I’m so glad I stopped by and tried this place out. Conveniently located inside the Rushmore Mall.”

“Excited that we have another Mexican food option. Bella was sweet. Large portions, kinda pricey. Had the birria burrito and it was very flavorful, although too salty. Could have had less meat and more beans & rice for my liking and could be offered at a lower price. My wife had the chicken burrito bowl. Also very flavorful but even salter. Salas and guacamole were flavorful yet a little sour.”

“We came in after a long day of exploring, ready for some crepes. I have to eat gluten-free (sensitive) and the menu listed options for me . I was crestfallen when they told me they were out of gluten-free, and I thought I would have to eat elsewhere. Instead of sending me away hungry, the owner made me a fresh batch just an hour before closing. These were the best (and biggest) gluten-free crepes I have ever eaten. My son and husband enjoyed the regular ones tremendously! I left feeling full, happy, and cared for! Don't pass this place up!”
