“Our first time. While there, heard it was the establishment's last day in the "Marlin's" family; that management was being taken over by the Country Corner chain. As such, their breakfast buffet was ending. It was a busy, and seemingly beloved, diner. A time capsule to a different era. As such, it was more than just food: it was an experience.”

“It's pretty common to see such convenience stores in the great state of S.D. When you see "Country store" in the name, you know it's a hybrid store. A little bit of everything mixed into one, gasoline, snacks, food, beer, whiskey, a casino, in some cases a Bar or restaurant, even a car wash. BJ's country store was my first stop upon returning home from overseas, because I know I can get my favorite local snacks, and the employees have always been friendly.”

There are several food options available to choose from, but the ham & cheese croissant is the most reputable accompaniment for my cup of caffeine goodness. The coffee packs a decent punch and leaves you refreshed and with just the right amount of pick-me-up to catapult you through the remainder of the day. The drive-thru is located way back towards the fence and snakes back around the building. The location is aptly situated, as it is not highly congested or packed with traffic. The staff are friendly, courteous, and welcoming every visit, and they ensure that you are made aware of the fact that the extra shots are actually double shots.”

It is a neat little sandwich shop tucked in the corner of outlet building by the parking ramp in which is also the side of new walkway around entire outlet stores and to outdoor center stage and icerink. It's a small quant shop with some real neat decor. Im giving it 4s in two areas because no one greeted my apon entering where I had to find my own menu and what not and the second comes from the food where I thought the Philly was good and they used fresh onion, pepper and mushrooms but I thought it lacked cheese and could use more seasoning.”

Our tacos came on prefab shells - like Taco Bell. WHY would they make fresh tortillas, not tell their customers, and then serve TB shells?! They could easily elevate to a regular 5 stars, step it up! Our waitress didn’t make any drink recommendations so we stuck with a soda and water.”

Normally we love seared duck breast but it wasn't the best -- they didn’t crisp the skin up the way some places do, and it was a bit soggy. The $20 "club fee" to book was a little steep as well. Dessert was good, though!”
