“Fathers Day was our first time at Chef Mo’s. We couldn’t have asked for better food or service. The brisket was so tender it melted in your mouth. Omelettes to order, Belgian waffle to order, Fried Chicken to rival my Mam-maw’s and wonderful fresh vegetables. That particular day, along with several desserts, was my favorite, Banana Pudding from scratch. It’s like being part of a wonderful family and the price is very reasonable.”

I wish everything wasn't a la cart- it added up quickly and ended up pricier than I think it should have been. My husband, daughter, and I really enjoy the Mac and cheese, but our other food was not nearly as special. Again, it wasn't bad at all and service was great, but the cost for the food we got would make me less likely to recommend to a friend.”

“The Pineapple Tea Room is a quiet little corner cafe in Cumberland Gap, Tn. The Pineapple tea they have is very good, they also have regular tea and coffee along with an assortment of espressos. It was breakfast time and we had a very specific order that we were hoping would be accurate for the first time in a long time. This place did not disappoint! The manager was present and available and I even got her attention so that I could put in my special order specifically with her so that I would ensure its accuracy. It's actually a difficult concept because there are multiple sandwich builds and I like to substitute the steak egg and cheese bagel with a biscuit but still get two slices of cheese and the bagel sauce, and the people in the grill just have a hard time with that. it was done with a smile, it was hot and fresh, and I was very happy to finally get this order correct.
