“There's a reason why this place is always so busy. If you want a fresh bagel, perhaps even made into a breakfast or lunch sandwich, this is the place to come. They have about 10 varieties of bagels and just as many cream cheeses, plus meats, cheeses, veggies, or other condiments to top your bagel. They lightly warm/toast your bagel too. Their service is fast and the prices are low too. So good. I go for an everything bagel with olive cream cheese, as well as some lettuce, tomato, and cucumber and then I'm in heaven.”

“I had a superior experience at Cook Out 6/17/2019 thanks to our cashier, Jenna. She took the time and patience to walk us through the menu (we were first timers). She was kind, enthusiastic, and caring. I've never seen an employee at a restaurant chain take so much care with each individual customer. She was so warm and welcoming, I felt like I was having dinner at a friend's house. “I used the drive through and was pleasantly surprised. I only wanted to get side orders or red beans, rice and onion rings. The food was very fresh and hot. The onion rings really were crisp and delicious. The employees were polite and very professional. All the forks, napkins, hot sauces and ketchup were in the bag as I hate getting down the road to only learn that they forgot my straw, or napkin or whatever. They've grown a bit and feel more like a nicer fast-casual chain now in some ways, but we were very pleased with our recent visit where we ate mostly off the seasonal summer menu. The BBQ chicken bowl was nourishing and refreshing, the Mac side was super yummy, and the strawberry basil blended ice was delicious without being overly sweet. The restaurant was clean and the service was excellent. We don't mind waiting a few more minutes for our food, it's worth it.”
