“Cool vibe and very good tacos. We had 5 different types of tacos and they were all excellent and authentic in my humble opinion. You have to order the salsa. All three varieties were great. Our waitress was not very personable and I don't know what she had going on, but it was like she couldn't even look at us. Very wierd. She also disappeared for 10-20 minutes several times. Told this to a few coworkers who had been there before and they said, "oh yeah the food smacks but the service is always bad". So I guess I would recommend En Su Boca on the high quality of the food, as long as you are okay with less than satisfactory service.”

“Delicious - all four of us had very different flavors and they were all great. Good cocktails, and the most delicious (albeit pricey) lemonade. We ordered dessert and instantly devoured it. “Was visiting from out of town and we asked local people where the best place to eat was and a lot said to go to bus and Ned's. The food was delicious but the service wasn't so good. We asked for the beef ribs and they where out and we where the first ones there when the doors opened. Set there for 40 minutes before we where called to get our food, and 4 other couples received there food before us and we where the first ones there. All n all a good place to eat!”

“Great location and super nice ambience. Parking sign was slightly ambiguous as it said only for Julian's customer which is located in the same complex as Lola. However the parking spots have written on them that even Lola's customer can park however it's needs a new paint. The food was great and so was staff. There were lot of options both for meat eaters and vegetarian. Would definitely recommend”

“Do NOT go to Patterson ave pizza hut as an alternative. That place has sub zero customer focus. They are open to 1:00 am but shut the dining room at 9 pm. Why have 5 workers stand around and not bother to seat and serve CUSTOMERS?? Sadly Pizza Hut HQ must not read these reviews but they should be seeing the abysmal sales numbers. Maybe these are independent franchises that the owners are operating at a loss for tax write offs? They sure dont care about customers and pizzas.”

“Place open at 11 and I got there at 12pm. Waited 50 min for food to get to the table just for it to be lukewarm. It was only 2 other tables with people. Presentation is everything. I ordered 10 jerk wings and the server said it was only 6 left and they could fry 4 more and put sauce on it. The sauce was thick and too much of. (Look horrible) The 4 fried wings tasted better than the 6 leftovers. Really, leftover from the night before I believe. They were dry. Anyway, rice and peas taste good. Mac and cheese sauce needs better blending if they're going to use cream cheese ( there was chunks in mine) flavor is there, though. Plantains are my favorite. All in all, I think this place have potential after some tweaking gets done.”

“Good food. Dirty atmosphere. Steak and cheese was okay, and over-priced. My husband had the bacon burger, which was really good and better priced and portioned. If you like your food with a window side seat of flies and a la dirty commode, this is your jam. I had to ask for a guy to wipe a table down, debris was all over the floor and tables, and I needed a bio hazard suit to take my kid to the bathroom. Potential to be good. I was so put off with the lack of cleanliness. We won't be returning.”

“We came mid-afternoon and found the place quiet and were instantly greeted and seated. Beer selection was top notch and the variety of pizzas (with unique ingredients and combos) were well received by the wife and I. We shared a garlic mushroom pizza and our friendly waitress allowed us to sample some beers before honing in on our final choices. Service was quick and the pizza was absolutely divine. We'll have the come back to try other combinations but this place gets a solid recommendation.”

“Crazy, beautiful Thursday nights. If your soul is playing hooky, you'll probably find it here... My experience with Emilio's is limited to Thursday nights for music and drinks. I don't know about the food but order it anyway just to show your patronage of a very special place. The evening kicks off with Roger Carroll on sax and vocals with his band of Stable Geniuses. It's a jazz/blues sound that could not be more contemporary in its sentiments. If you're not an old, white person, please don't be put off by the abundance of them. It's all good. The music and the attitude that goes with it will give you hope and give you new life. Grab some of that, stay longer or come back later and you're likely to hear some of the best Rap free-styling that Richmond spits. One DJ controls the beats as participants one-by-one do their honest best to create the rhymes to go with it. In one evening you get to not just hear but experience two radically different musical forms delivered by folks with talent and heart. Buy the food even if you're not hungry. Tip the bartender even if you're not drinking. Just please, keep this wonderful stuff alive. Some day, it may keep you alive.”
