“Food is always good. Service is so-so. It was slow so they couldn't use that as an excuse. As a former server, I might be a little more biased in what my idea of good service is though. However, we actually were acknowledged this time within a minute of being seated. Last time we went there, we sat there for 10 minutes (no exaggeration) and not one person acknowledged us at all. We left and mentioned it to an employee on the way out. There is no excuse for that as there were plenty of empty tables and what appeared to be no shortage of servers. We decided to try it again though. Servers need a little more training in my opinion”

“This is good news for people who have gluten intolerance. On my first visit, I asked them if they had a list and they pulled it from a binder and let me look at it. I was surprised there were several items to choose from. This made me very happy, as I love Ben & Jerry's ice cream. When I asked for a milkshake, they asked me if I wanted it with almond milk. This is great. I definitely recommend anyone with food allergies to stop by and try there gluten free ice cream.”

It’s the best chicken you’ll find at any fast food restaurant. The price is also great. The decoration here was cool as well and made for a nice dining experience.”

“On 5-31-19 I stopped here. Was hesitant about it because of all the bad service I have gotten from other McDonald's (Verona) anyway my food was hot made the way I asked and delivered in a timely fashion. Employees were kind. This took me back to late 70s early 80s growing up and what I ordered tasted like I remember as a child. To all that was working that shift...Thank you and keep up the good work. “This is a surprisingly upscale - great food, great finds and terrific feel good place as all proceeds from sales go to benefit the local homeless shelter, which also provides a medical clinic and recovery program. Orvis is a partner so you may find terrific deals on high end discontinued dog beds, clothing etc. Also has a gallery portion of local and regional art and craft, jewelry, woodworker artisans. Enjoyed strolling this and the thrift store after having a generous sized mandarin Chicken Salad.”
