“Cute ☆FIVE STAR☆ (for a diner) quaint little seafood and sandwich shop. The owner, operator, cook, and waitress - Tasha, was delightful to visit with. The Combo Seafood Basket was fresh and delicious. We shared the Basket, and each had a cup of clam chowder, which was plenty. I wanted to try the Homemade Apple Blossom dessert, so we took one to go...it was so yummy warmed up in the microwave oven for just 30 seconds. Tender flakey crust with thin sliced apples and a dollop of caramel on top. AND DON'T MISS THE TRAIN which rides around inside the diner!”

“We drove over from Vancouver, WA. Friday after work. Stopped in at World's End for a late dinner. It was our first time there. I had the Cod Dinner. This was the most perfectly lightly battered Cod i have had on the west coast! Many restaurants over batter the cod and its it's too greasy and overdone. World's End Cod was moist, flaky, fresh, and cooked to perfection. Even the cole slaw was excellent. Rarely, are we pleasantly surprised with our meals as much as we were at World's End.”

“By far the best restaurant value in Ling Beach area along with Burger Wednesday night at Depot. Wandered by and ducked in for lunch. Generous portions of perfect pulled pork with great sides (especially the spicy beans and potato salad — the collards could use a longer cook with more vinegar). The house made bbq sauces were first rate. I especially liked their tangy regular and the authentic and perfectly balanced North Carolina mustard. Lunch for two was $22. Going back for the brisket! Nice work, guys.”

“First of all Abigail is an excellent server! She is so sweet and really attentive. I had a child who was super grumpy and she was understanding and kind to the situation. The food was delicious and the portions are right on with the price. I had the prime rib dip with onions and mushrooms....EXCELLENT! The chowder is not clam chowder. I was confused when it came out with chunks of fish in it but it was so good I was happy with my mistake. I had an Old Fashioned that was delicious. Just the right spice to sweetness. The food and the service were topnotch and I cannot wait to come back again. Also when I was there an elderly gentleman tripped and really banged his head. The entire staff was there in an instant helping him and tending to his wound. The ambulance was called and business went back to normal. Everyone was so kind. Thank you!”
