“I treated my mother to pizza tonight and we were both incredibly pleased with Speakeasy Pizza! Amazingly tasty food. We got the Cheesemonger pizza and we loved it! I have not had a pizza this good in years. I highly recommend it. There are 2 pizza locations in the same building, ran by best friends from what I have been told. Dino runs Dinos Pizza at the front entrance. And I think his name was Jay(I am terrible w/names), who runs Speakeasy pizza out of the side door of the same building(follow the signs). “From the outside this place looks very unassuming. It looks like a small snack spot in a strip mall. But the food was notably impressive. I had the watermelon Aguas frescas which was perfectly sweet and had little juicy bits of melon in it, very refreshing. They had lots of flavors to choose from. Then I had the Al Pastor tacos, and they were probably the best al pastor tacos I've had, maybe ever. The meat was seasoned and cooked perfectly, and even had the roasted pineapple that really balanced the flavor and added authenticity to the dish. The cook and the flavors were spot on, and the tortillas used were homemade! This taco was a cut above the rest, I give it a 9.2 out of 10. I don't live around here, but if I'm ever around I'll most definitely stop by again.”

“This was a chance find for us. And we’re glad we found it. It is fresh and authentic and represents the best of Indian street food(chaat). I learnt they’d just opened 6 weeks ago and we found the ingredients fresh and very flavorful. Highly recommend this place. “Quick and friendly service, and delicious filling food. The only Polynesian cuisine I’ve had before is Hawaiian food, which is pretty different. I tried some of everything, turkey tail, taro leaves, chop suey, corned beef, lamb, and taro root. It all tasted pretty good, but I’d have to say my favorite was the corned beef. The lamb was also really good, and paired really well with the taro root. Unfortunately they didn’t have any bread when I went, so I wasn’t able to try that. Price is pretty reasonable, you basically pick what you want, they put it in a container. They then put it on a scale and you pay based on the weight.”

“Went in to get their Fried Chicken for Dad and their Chicken Tenders and Potato Wedges for Mom. I called in to ask them to drop in a fresh batch of chicken, it only takes 15 minutes! (I always call in ahead of time for their 8 pc & the wings. I love the Salt & Vinegar ones @ the Holmes location)! Well, the lady told me that they had just dropped a batch and that they would be ready when I got there. Dad was happy, Mom was happy; so I am happy! Before I left, I saw "Smitten" varietal apples. I had never tried them. The Produce guy went and cut up on for me to try! Wow, great Customer service. They were yummy and I bought some. The store is clean, the people are nice, the shelves are lined up and the produce is fresh. (Oh, and the Meat & Fish Dept is great too. No fishy smell). I recommend shopping here.”

They aren’t trying to overcharge. I got the big scallop roll and the super California roll. Baked scallop is usually my favorite but here I liked the super California roll better. These rolls at other places are $16-17 each. Here they were $12.95 and $11.95. It was a nice treat to have green tea ice cream as a treat on the house after. If in the area, I would come back to try other things.”

“Peri Peri Grill House is a hidden gem in the bay. I had the pleasure of visiting and was overwhelmingly impressed by the quality of the food. The wings were some of the best I've ever had, with a perfect balance of heat and flavor. The Peri burger was a true masterpiece, with succulent meat and a tangy sauce that left me craving for more. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and attentive. The only downside is that the restaurant may be short-staffed at times, so you may have to wait a bit for your order when picking up. It's also cash only, but it's worth it for the mouthwatering food. Despite these small drawbacks, the Peri Peri Grill House is a must-visit for anyone looking for a fantastic meal. The flavors are bold and the portions are generous. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try, your taste buds will thank you!”

“Really delicious take away spot for South Indian food. Everything tasted authentic and amazing. We tried the thath idli, mini podi idli and medu vadas. Also their filter coffee was delicious. The rava kesari was so indulgent and tasty and not super sweet. They mainly do takeout but there were 3 tables outside with 6 chairs. Everything is self serve, I didn’t notice anyone tending to or cleaning tables. I’m looking forward to trying their lunch menu and thalis - everything looked super promising. Highly recommend.”
