“I really enjoyed the environment of Jin Tea House. It was very cute with a lot of photo opportunities. I enjoyed the seating options with many couches and cute outdoor type seats. There is also an outdoor seating option. There is minimal employee interaction with the ordering system being through a QR code and the paying at the front of the store. My friend and I ordered a Hot Ceylon Black Tea Pot with two tea cups and a Platter of 5 Snacks of Your Choice. We ordered Popcorn chicken, Waffle Fries, Calamari, Chicken Satay, and Macaroni and Cheese Wedges. The food and drink was good. The presentation was adorable with the tea coming in a decorated tea pot and the platter coming in a Ferris wheel. It was a bit expensive but so worth it for the experience. I will definitely come back with some friends. I want to try the desserts and cold drinks.”

“We went there for soft opening! Everything we got was just speechless. The donuts had 8 different flavors and all of them were very delicious. Plus, Korean corndogs we got were an another level! “I usually don’t become a regular at places because I don’t find the food memorable but this place is an exception—I’m not a regular because I’m physically too far to regularly bless my day with their amazing food!!! Everything is so fresh, and the bread is incredible. Please do yourself a solid and try the croque madame! I couldn’t stop thinking about it and for the few days I was in the area and having another taste became a top priority. The salmon omelette is 100% a skip—everything else I tried was just that good Full disclosure: it’s the first time I tried a croque madame and maybe they’re all just this freaking good.”

“My wife, 3 years old son, and I visited here for the first time. We were greeted with possibly the kindest and warmest people we could ever meet! I would say their drinks were solid good and very interested to try their rolls (but already ate). Apparently, they opened at the end of 2019, which you could guess that it was a hard journey for them. However, surviving the pandemic as a restaurant really says a lot about this place’s quality. I’m very touched by their welcome gestures. I highly recommend you visit this place and support!!!”

“Came in to get some coffee. It seems like since the pandemic there is a little less attention to detail/listening to the customer. I’m writing this review balanced because the drink ☕️ that I order is semi-complicated so I can understand it can get messed up but what I can’t take is a barista who stands there & argues or stands there with an attitude after I tell them nicely it’s wrong. Both Sia (as in Hi!) & Essence did a fantastic job ‘not’ taking it personal. They took it with smiles & corrected it after hearing what was wrong & didn’t try to get smart with me like many other Starbucks I have been too. They didn’t give me any lip & that’s the way it should be when your paying $6-$12 for a drink. Sia & Essence are keepers & they have good vibes. 🤩 Thank you very much to the 2 of you - you both deserve 10 stars 🌟 These small things can make a persons day! 😎 ☀️”

“I visited to try their banh mi sandwiches and have ordered the baked chicken ($7.50), The Classic ($7.50) banh mis, and the Spicy Chicken & Egg Puff ($2.50) pastry. I included all the usual toppings except with mayo on the side for the banh mi. I enjoyed every single ingredient in it - French baguette was soft, the picked carrots and daikons, slices cucumbers, cilantro, jalapeno, and proteins. Tasted fresh and my fav was def the pickled veggies. Green onions were jncluded in the online ordering process but didn't see it. No worries; the pickled veggies saved the day. And I can eat two of them puff pastries as an appetizer; cheese, eggs, chicken patty(?), warm and greasy. Lot's of flavor to it. The banh mi quality is well above Lee's Sandwich. You get what you pay for. The order came with a free 20oz premium coffee card. A good reason to return soon”

But it's only seasonal for Fall. They only get a certain amount in their shipments and they're always sold out! So lucky I scored today here in Arcadia next to Vons! I like that this place has spicy levels for the calamari (mild, medium, hot and real hot) i got the medium and the calamari were good they had just the right amount of seasoning and i also tried some of my friend’s green beans mmm also good theyre both like snack portions though so youd have to eat a lot of them if you want to get a meals worth. “I've heard of this place but haven't tried it until yesterday and I do have to say it was one of the best decisions we've made. I stopped by with my mom yesterday afternoon after we ate lunch to grab a slice of cheesecake. The employee who helped us was very polite and her smile alone made my day better. We got the peanut butter cheesecake slice as well as the mint chocolate. Best cheesecake I have tried since New York and my mom agrees as well. Had a beagle for $4 and it was good. Didn’t have too many options nearby for a grab and go. So, this was decent enough for me.”
