“I really want to like this place - the people in the truck are super friendly and food is prepared quick. However, the size of the burritos is a bit of a let down (coke can for comparison). Ingredients are fresh and delicious, but I could easily eat two or three as they are more taco sized than proper burrito sized. I wish they would just add more filling to their burritos which would easily add a star to the rating, but for the burritos currently, unfortunately I cannot give more than three stars :/”

“If the overpriced and yuppified tacos of Pearl Street leave something to be desired, come to La Choza! There tacos are amazing and reasonably priced. It reminded me of the street tacos I would buy from a vendor at midnight after getting out of the bars in Albuquerque. Also, they have an excellent salsa bar. Downsides: No alcohol is served here. Also, the chip basket is very small and there is no free refills on the chip basket.”

“Easily my favorite breakfast diner in Boulder since I moved here in 2017. The atmosphere is bustling and full of locals, the service is warm, hospitable, and feels like your dearest Aunt is serving you, and the food is affordable and always arrives hot and on time. I always order the breakfast enchiladas with half red and half green sauce and it is TO DIE FOR (claiming this as someone who doesn’t love green chili stuff normally.) Their hash browns are crispy and exactly how they should be, the mini waffles have just the perfect amount of sweetness, and recently they added fried green tomatoes to their menu, which they have nailed perfectly. Even their coffee is not half bad for a diner, and I’m very particular about avoiding liquid tire rubber at all costs. I have nothing but great things to say about Parkway Cafe and I hope it never changes!”
