The sweet potato ham biscuits are as good (maybe better) than my grandmother made. The take & go includes things for supper like chicken pie and lasagne (in feast, family, and personal size) but also party food like a cheese ball. I think Kathy's is worth what you pay for it.”

“This was my first visit to this particular McDonald's. I placed my order at the kiosk (first time I've utilized this service), and was able to skip standing in line to place my to go order. I LOVED that feature and plan to use it for ordering, in the future. I got my take out order in a very reasonable time. I should've looked inside the bag to check my order before leaving!! Darn it....how many times have we all given the staff the benefit of the doubt, that they actually got our to go order right, the first time!? Ugh!! Thank heavens I was only about a 1/2 mile down the road when I discovered they failed to put the double cheeseburger I ordered in the bag. I turned around and after a fairly short wait, they gave me the burger. If they had filled my to go order right the first time, I would've had hot fries when I got home. (I live about 8 minutes away from this particular McDonald's) Needless to say, the fries were yucky-poo cold when I got home. It's virtually impossible to reheat french fries!! Not the best first time visit here, but I'm sure I'll go again someday.”

“We happen to find this place for breakfast on our first day of beach vacation. Prices reasonable and the man behind the counter (Toby) was very nice on this early morning! Also the food is out of this world! I have no clue what the recipe is for their biscuits and gravy but the biscuits were fluffy and the gravy is hearty with a small hint of sweet. We will definitely be back :) Vibe is relaxed and you can tell everything is home cooked with some love.”

For those with younger kids or teens that like to take selfies, my teenagers enjoyed getting pics in front of the giant over-sized beach chairs. “We never have bad service here. They are always friendly and fast. We have eaten inside, got the rapid to-go, and gone through the drive-thru several times. They have kiosks that you can order from inside, you get a buzzer, when it goes off your food is ready and you pick it up at the food counter. They have several tables and some are half/half with chair/booth. The food is always great here. I love the broccoli cheddar soup, mac and cheese plain or topped with bacon, strawberry smoothie, sandwiches (I get a custom one done with turkey/bacon/ham), soft dinner rolls, fresh fruit, cinnamon crunch bagel and chocolate chip cookies. They are a little pricey but you pay for the quality of the food, service, atmosphere, cleanliness, and upscale fast food. We will keep going here. Plenty of parking outside.”

“I had to drop my rating because I was extremely disappointed with this McDonald's yesterday. My daughter had surgery in Greenville the day before and she wanted a salad on the way home. She ordered a grilled bacon ranch salad without cheese because she can't have anything fried or any cheese due to the type of surgery she had. We also ordered 2 large fries for her grandfather and me. And 2 large teas and a large half and half for her. We got cold fries, 1 ketchup, 2 napkins, hot tea(the ice was almost melted), and on top of all a salad with fried chicken on it, they had ran out of ranch salad dressing, she can't eat the vinegar based dressings due to the surgery she had, 1 cherry tomato and barely any shredded carrot on it. All of this had not been realized until we had fought traffic in the heat, and gotten a couple of miles away from the store. The fries were in a closed bag so they would not get cold, the tea was in a cup of very little ice(and I was willing to deal with that), but her salad could not be eaten because it was so dry and she had to throw it away by the time we got home because she could not eat the fried chicken(the cashier confirmed 2x grilled) or the bone dry lettuce, spinach and kale. Waste of money and time. Thank you Mickey D's! The window people do not pay for anything given out, if it's hot out put enough ice so the tea won't be hot, give more ketchup and napkins if you have 2 large orders of fries, and for God's sake, check the salad to make sure it's the right thing. Not all customers are local, but sometimes we are frequent fliers because we travel a lot and like to stop at familiar places and we would like to get what we order, in a timely manner. Sorry for the rant but I had to get this out there.”

“The only reason I’m rating this restaurant with 4 stars instead of 1 is because of the quick response of Olivia. On 9/26/2019 I ordered the Free Range Chicken Salad. When I received my salad the cucumbers were soft and translucent. I asked the girl behind the counter if the cucumbers were marinated...without checking she responded, “I think so”. Her coworker, Olivia, who overheard her, went to the kitchen to check and returned with a bowl of fresh cucumbers. I’m grateful for knowledgeable, conscientious people who go above and beyond to make sure a customer’s experience is enjoyable and safe.”

The manager keeps things organized by ensuring that employees only do their assigned tasks. Meaning not all employees will be able to help you get a refill. If you behave respectfully and keep an understanding mind, the staff will treat you the same. Keep in mind that this location can take 30 minutes or more to get you your food. So plan on sitting down and chilling if you insist on eating inside. Also remember that you can order from the self checkout to avoid miscommunication. All that being said...
