What I am about to say is sincere. I don't take food lightly. The short rib was some of the best of my life and I absolutely love it. It was so tender and flavorful. I'll be dreaming of this meal. “This has to be the BEST Breakfast place in Pittsburgh!!!!! The immaculate restaurant is so inviting and the staff are so professional and friendly! The menu is exceptional. I had the “Graham Bell” breakfast which consisted of Fried French Toast with fresh blueberries, strawberries and bananas and 2 perfectly made sunny side up eggs!!! This breakfast was way beyond perfection!!! I never had anything so beautifully displayed on the plate and so delicious!!! I also ordered their fresh cut seasoned fried potatoes that were so tasty. My palate was so satisfied. My sister ordered the “Ramses Omelet” which was so puffy with mozzarella and cheddar cheese accompanied with a delicious salad.This also was exceptional! We topped the breakfast extravaganza with an order of their famous Cinnamon Balls with real whipped cream and a coffee/caramel sauce! Oh my God!!! We were in Heaven. “I went to the Edgewood town center wing stop and my experience was good. I ordered a lemon pepper wing combo, the wings were honestly the best I’ve had by far. The fried corn seemed like it was sitting around for a while because it wasn’t quite fresh. They told me it would be ready in 20 minutes and it Was ready on time. The reviews can be misleading! I would say go try it for yourself and see before you write them off. I would have gave five stars if my fried corn was fresh.”

“Medium small fish market. Local family owned. Warm friendly atmosphere. They don't always have the same items. There are some that are probably more seasonal. Have seen black bass, red snapper, Jamaican snapper, and some items more commonly found such as catfish, perch etc They will scale fish and leave head on or remove as you wish. I think there is one fish they don't scale as it is too delicate, butter fish? They carry spices and hot sauces that go with seafood. Some are very difficult to find elsewhere. There are days that they will fry the fish for you, that is truly delicious. You can eat your food before it has a chance to cool as you walk home or to one of the parks or the parklet.”

My sub sat there in full view for at least 10 minutes as she took other orders, was short with other customers, threatened one of the cooks, handed out a few rounds of completed orders that were sitting around mine, and then just let mine hang out there in cooling lonesomeness. (She knew it was mine, too—when I finally went up to ask about it, she handed it to me without saying a word and before I'd said anything.) I've worked food service so I know the dinner rush can be a struggle, but it takes maybe 2 seconds to pick up the tag, call out the name, and go on to the next thing. Like I said, the food was good—but I probably wouldn't come back.”

“Quality food from the new Bird on the Run location in Penn Hills. I think this is where the BBQ spot once was (or maybe it was a car wash, I don't remember). Bit hard to spot, but worth giving them a try. I ordered the fish nuggets and beignets. Yes, I did order fish at a chicken place. But, I was surprised at how good it was. The fish was fried to a perfect crisp. The sauces they served with the fish complemented it nicely. They chose quality ranch and great honey sauce. The honey sauce came for free, probably with all orders, and you get a choice of an additional sauce (I chose ranch). The texture of the fish wasn't perfect, but I know this place is known for their chicken. I might have to come back and give it a try. Great price! The beignets were also quite good. They are heavier and more doughy than most beignets, but I really liked them. A heavy dusting of sugar complemented these dough balls, and the portion was great for the price. All in all, this is a great chicken shop and I think their fish items were solid. Great beignets but not the most traditional. Fantastic prices and great portions.”

“My bonus daughter and I had such a wonderful experience. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the young man seated us at our table AS he was booking a tea party...he was polite to the customer on phone as well. He was very knowledgeable regarding tea party info. Our waitress was on the ball as well. We didn't have to ask for refills b/c she had our drink replenished before we knew it. The different shopping floors are awesome as well. We after shopping we went to the lounge next door for a cocktail...i saw the gentlemen over there as well, i had such a great day down there at betsey's shoppe, can't wait to do it again .”
