“The food was OK. The bacon was flaccid. And our waitress was clueless and may never have waited tables before. When I tried to order bourbon she said they didn't have any. What? I found the list online, and she told me you can only order bourbon at the bar and we were at a table. What kind of bourbon place doesn't actually serve bourbon? There wasn't any room at the bar, so they didn't get my money. I did have a really bad Paloma. I think they forgot the Squirt because there was no fizz and no sweetness.”

“Really cool little spot! The decor is cool, comfy, and stylish. They have some great drinks, the medium roast was really nice and I had a coconut milk latte. We had trouble with the wifi but one of the girls working helped us out! Nice service, great place.”

“Ever since Gyro & Bakery opened, we've been coming back for more! The food is of the highest quality, fresh, juicy, flavorful and yummy, no matter how you slice it. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting, ambience is cozy and relaxing, staff are nice and always try to make sure you're happy and satisfied. The place is very clean and attractively decorated. The owner likes to personally greet the patrons, talk to them, listen to their stories, and welcome them to his restaurant. Did I mention the food is absolutely delicious? Freshly baked pastries, hot pita bread, simple but very delicious salads and appetizers are just a foreplay before the main course, which comes in a wide variety of mouthwatering lamb, beef, chicken or vegetarian gyros, sandwiches, wraps or kebabs. The portions are on the generous side, so come hungry and indulge yourself! They keep expanding their menu and have recently added an absolutely irresistible line of desserts. You can eat in or take out, or do both!”

“The buffalo chicken cheesesteak was incredible. The sauce had great flavor and the fresh tomatoes and onion really take the sandwich up another level. I also tried the hibiscus drink which was delicious. You can tell the owners care a lot and the staff was extremely friendly. Definitely check this place out!”

“Stumbled upon this place just walking around Lawrenceville the other day and I have to say it is a great addition to the area. The place is very nice inside; they did an excellent job with the pub feel. Lineup of beers had the standard Irish imports and a nice local selection. They have a pretty nice happy hour until 7:30 ish on weekdays and had some food specials. Looking forward to heading back.”

“Great new place for wings! I have been here down south and it was awesome. I was so excited for them to be opening one 10 minutes from my house. I love the Cajun corn! It is the best thing ever! Thank you for reading my review I hope it helped you. Please like and follow for more reviews.”

“Service was really good, but the city I’m from has a lot of Mexican food and this place just isn’t it. Steak was very fresh, overall everything including the sauce was just bland. Steak was chopped up and kind of looked precooked or microwaved? Paid extra for a “loaded” burrito and didn’t even get any sour cream in for $14-15”

“This place is fabulous! Came for lunch, upon arrival they had a good amount of parking and this place has a modern farmhouse/industrial style of decor. It is huge! They have comfy couch seating in the waiting area that is right by the bar which is massive and has overhead tv’s. There is a ton of indoor/outdoor seating and we choose outside and even though it was warm it draws a lovely breeze. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and was hot. This was one of the best pulled pork sandwiches I’ve ever had! It’s sweet and not spicy and has a great flavor and it’s very tender. I love the coleslaw on it. It wasn’t sweet and it wasn’t vinegary, it was savory and complemented the sweetness of the barbecue sauce. My friend ordered the steak sub. It was huge and they didn’t skimp out on the toppings. She said she enjoyed it very much. My other friend ordered the salmon sandwich and she enjoyed that as well. It comes with french fries or home made potato chips. I overheard one customer asking another how their calamari was, and they said it was fantastic that it was done very tender and not chewy. At the end of the meal, the waitress who was very polite, brought to go containers, without even being asked. The price was on par with similar restaurants. The bathrooms were adorable and very clean as was the entire restaurant. I will definitely be back here again, and I highly recommend this restaurant!”

“Excellent pizza! Finally got to try this place and I was not disappointed. Had a large traditional pizza with pepperoni, ham, spinach, tomato and roasted peppers. Spinach is a great test on pizza because it's really easy to burn. The spinach at Aiello's was cooked perfectly, unlike most other places in the area. The sauce really brings something extra to the table and the crust is exceptionally good. I could easily overeat a pizza this good lol. Only downside, and this is probably because of how many toppings we got, is that I had to knife and fork it because the undercarriage was too floppy. Even so, this was still the most solid traditional pizza I've had in the area. I will definitely be back. Thanks Aiello's!!”

“We came here for a friend's birthday as he rented out the front room. It comfortably housed 20+ adults and a few children. The pizza and French fries were amazing. This is a very clean establishment. Our waitress went above and beyond to fulfill everyone's orders, drinks, etc. We will be back here for hockey games and to try different foods.”

“Have been shopping in here since I moved to the neighbourhood, numerous selection options with better pricing considering the PA vape taxes. Never had any issues with the customer service, I visit almost all daily since I come from work around 9:40pm and they are available till 10pm even though all the shops around are close. They also got decent amount of snacks and drinks too.”

“This smash burger is absolutely amazing. Seasoned to perfection along with the homemade aioli sauce and house ranch. If you’re hungry and you see the their truck or pop up location do not pass it up.”

“It is a successful Asian restaurant with tasty food and reasonable prices. Miso soup was good. Sushi (rolls) could have been better, I think the rice was not well prepared or cooked. Beef bowl was delicious with a big portion. Dumpling was also tasty and we liked it. The service is also fine.”

“What a great addition to Sharpsburg. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere transported us to a little Italian cafe. We started off with cocktails and they did not disappoint. We then ordered a few small plates - the cheese boards and fried dough were delicious. We also saw the meatballs delivered to a few tables and regretted not ordering those. Overall - great service, great wine list and great space. We can’t wait to go back!”

“New spot for Venezuelan food. I was a little disappointed but it's just one of their first few months in business, so I may give them a shot again later. I tried the 'one of each' empanada combination: one chicken empanada, one shredded beef empanada, and one cheese empanada. My favorite out of the three was definitely the beef empanada. The meat was tender and had the perfect texture. It was flavorful and juicy, crispy, and overall great. I would recommend probably just getting 3 beef empanadas rather than a sampling since it was far better than the others. The chicken was still pretty good. It wasn't as flavorful and juicy as the beef but still not bad. The chicken was milder, and it went really well with the side sauce. Now, my least favorite and the one I would almost definitely recommend skipping is the cheese empanada. I'm usually a huge fan of cheese, but this was just extremely underwhelming. It was way, way too greasy and had almost no flavor at all. No spice, no garlic, no anything. Not worth it. The empanadas themselves are all made from corn. So, they are a bit crunchy and hard. I'm not the biggest fan of the corn, and would prefer a softer empanada like at Mi Empanada. The sauce they served these with was awesome. A tad creamy and super tasty. All in all, maybe this place needs some more time to establish themselves. They do have some cool items like golfeados and arepas, but the empanadas were underwhelming. If you do come here, try the beef empanada.”

“This is by far my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in town. The staff is very friendly, warmly asking me if I were the first time being there. She explained the menu items in details and also explained how to customize my own Banh Mi hoagie or rice bowl. Eventually I tried meatball pho. It is delicious and generous in portion. The broth has a nice umami (savory) taste. The rice noodle is cooked just well, not overcooked. The meatball is a gem. It is chewy and juicy. It does not like the meatball used in Italian cuisine. The portion is huge; finishing one pho by myself is a bit challenging, though I did it. Would return for the Banh Mi hoagie!”

“We very much enjoyed the salads...chicken and salmon. They were both very tasty along with the onion soup. The bison burger was delicious. The fries were very good as well. There are a lot more/different menu items than when the previous establishment was in operation. We did call ahead for seating since we had a large group that they accommodated nicely. I would recommend this new restaurant.”

“Delightful beer garden with love music venue and indoor/outdoor bar. I wasn't a huge fan of the beer selection (mostly German beers, but maybe that's your thing) so I selected a cocktail and it was really balanced and refreshing. Plus, the food menu was top notch! These snacks are way better than your average bar fare, with elevated flavors and playful combinations. Try the kimchi hotdogs!”
