“This is a really enjoyable course to play. The front 9 is in a new housing development distinguished by a dramatic drop in elevation on hole 5 and bunkers formed to look like elk tracks. But the bright stars are on the back 9. Holes 12, 13, and 14 in particular are stunning. Nice facilities. Helpful staff. Check it out!”

“I’ve always have appreciated Denny’s and I could see plainly that after Covid this particular Denny’s was struggling. So my wife and I told the people there that we’d be praying for them. Man what a difference that’s making. Today I met with a friend for brunch and as soon as we walked in you could literally feel the difference. “What a fantastic place! The owner is such a kind and real lady with a TALENT in the kitchen. Her burgers are tender and juicy 1/2lb handmade patties. And I will say by far the best Bacon Bleu Burger I have ever had and that's saying something. Her homemade BOURBON BBQ Sauce needs to be bottled because I would buy it by the gallon. The homemade blue cheese sauce was the perfect blend of flavors and texture. I could eat both sauces on pizza, eggs, fries... you catch the drift. GO!! TRY IT AND SEE FOR YOURSELF!!”

“The brewery is in the perfect location, right off the creek. Our waitress was wonderful. The beer is delicious— I had the Blood Orange Blonde and a sip of the Cadillac Couch (both very good). The pizza is some of the best we’ve had — Margarita (amazing crust!). We were able to bring our dog and hangout on the patio.”

“Had 2 places we were going to try this morning and both were unexpectedly closed. Took a chance on this little place after hearing about it, yesterday. It was cozy inside with a fireplace and several seating options. We split a scrambler bowl and a decaf Mountain Fog. The bowl (4 eggs, sausage, cheddar, and spinach) was a good idea. Unfortunately, there was not enough sausage or spinach ($1.00 extra) to keep it interesting. The spicy Mayo was a good choice. I had never tried that before and liked the idea of it on eggs. The Mountain Fog was delicious. Interesting decor. My only complaint about the atmosphere is that in such a cozy, comfortable hideaway, there would be such dark and disturbing images on the walls. The images of people falling into Hell, or of Alice(?) carrying a severed head, were completely incongruous with the simple Country vibe present in the rest of the Bistro.”

“Cool place! The food was excellent. Apparently, they only have a brunch menu on Sunday. The burgers are really good: thick, tasty patties and good buns. The fries are delicious, and really unique. The Brisket Egg Benedict was good, too. Prices aren't exactly cheap, but fits the quality of food + restaurant itself. It's a very pleasant atmosphere, with a nice view out the many big windows. The service was great. The bar looks nice. Highly recommend! 👍👍”

“At first I didn’t want to go to this place, they had only 3 menu items left but my brother insisted and I got a sandwich. This is probably the best burger I have ever tried. The meat is cooked on real fire wood and you taste the amazingness of the meat. I don’t like beans but the way these are made, are fantastic, I ate them all. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Try them you won’t regret.”

“Was not overly impressed. I feel there was poor attention to the buffets. They were out of chicken ~ out of mashed potatoes ~almost out of gravy. At the salad table there were out of tomatoes, green peppers, and there was no spoon (no whatever) in the black olives. I realize they were trying to correct all these " shortages" but they should've been taken care of before it got to this point”

“Traveling for work like usual. Came across this gem today and couldn’t believe how good and authentic it is! This restaurant in a town of 3k people? Seriously? Mexican flavors were authentic, really quite good. Plates were beautiful. Chips and salsa starter, chips were fresh and the salsa delicious! Staff was very friendly and attentive. The price is amazing! Very reasonable! Reminds me of a place I used to go to all the time in Mexico except over there they all wear tuxedos. I will be in the area for a good part of next week and I can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu items! Highly recommend!! **Update** Did make it back for a second visit and had the Molcajate Pancho… that might be some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had! Generous portions and a great price for the quality and quantity you’re getting. This really is a must go if you’re in the area!!”

“Staying next door and after a long day of traveling decided to grab something close and gamble a bit. Three of us dining, two had steaks and I had the crab. Waitress didn’t bring out the food, two kids did. Actually never saw the waitress at our table again, but I could see her standing in the back. Anyway, food came out and it was good, nothing to brag about but good. Crab crackers would have helped with ease of eating. Asked the buser for some, but English wasn’t her native language and I got ice water, which I was thankful for since I never got my drink. Oh, and crab is served with butter flavored oil not butter, the stuff used on popcorn. That was gross. Slots are super tight, casino very small.”

Not as clean an organized as a business should be as there were boxes in dining room and some tables had inch or so of dust on them lol. “Came here on our way from Sioux Fall back to Rapid City. Saw it on Facebook from a friend who had been here and being a lover of fried chicken decided to take the back roads to try it. Glad we did!! Everything was great!! The chicken was hot, crispy, and succulent – and I had white meat, so that is saying a lot! The coleslaw was slightly sweet, the way my mom used to make it :) and their fries!! Oh not to mention the caramel pecan chocolate cheesecake!! The food is homemade, the service is exceptional, and the owner, Mr. Duane, is one of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet- Winner Chicken Dinner is worth the trip!! There is road construction right now, so just go around the back. We were the only ones eating inside but it was continuously busy with people coming in for their orders or picking up orders at drive-through. You know it’s good when the locals keep them busy!”

“We were driving back home to Rapid city and found this little diner on Google, we took a shot and found it in a little small town! We got a burrito and sandwich and told them to surprise us on the meat choices and they knew exactly what to pick! It was very yummy and very quick too!
