“I go to the location 4 morning a week. This location has the friendliest employees of any I have been to. There are 2 other Starbucks near by that I could go but this location is by far the best. Savannah is the sweetest happiest young lady I have ever met. She is always smiling and has such a good positive attitude. She always makes my morning better !!! Love this location!!! Other locations need to take notes on how to treat customers.”

“This place is fantastic! The food and service was perfect. I ordered a large delivery order and the care and service provided was top notch. I work with a large team that takes Covid protocols very seriously. So it's important when ordering take out, that the food isn't handled by several people. We placed a large order and gave individual names for each order. The order arrived in a separate bag (the take out bag itself is really nice) with each person's name written on a note and stapled to the bag. No one had to open a box or handle other people's food to know what was inside. It was quick and efficient. Most importantly was the awesome food... EVERYONE LOVED their meals! The food was DELICIOUS!!!. Since our group orders food everyday and sometimes twice a day, we will definitely be customers for life, even after the pandemic.”

“This place is beautiful and clean inside. Somewhere that would be great to sit and sip the cappuccino. They offered coffee, cappuccino, got chocolate, and special filtered water. They are new, just recently opened. The server was friendly and relaxed. The only thing I would add to the menu would be a selection of teas (herbal and black). I'm the coffee drinker, but my husband isn't, he's tea all the way ;)”

Salad lettuce was browning (on par with the rest of the lettuce in Bristol). Staff was attentive, very polite and friendly. Service was slow, but there was a line when we went in, and we had 5 people order a sit down dinner. Probably best for call ahead pick up lunch orders or ice cream.”

“This is the best kept secret in Spring City. Our family has stayed here as long term campers while we found our home. It's perfectly located between Knoxville and Nashville and Chattanooga and affordable. The owners and every employee are incredibly friendly and welcoming, they sure make you feel like family. Their hot food is absolutely delicious and so quick. I highly recommend their burgers and onion rings. They have the best large private on demand showers and hot water for everyone. Truly the best showers we have ever come across at a campground. Their laundry was down but there are many laundry places around. They have extra storage for our big trailer so everything was right here with us. They have large spots so all of our stuff was right here with us. And they are wonderfully dog friendly and there is a great dog park close by as well. We highly highly recommend this diamond in the hills.”
