“Local coffee shop that serves THE BEST coffee I've ever had. It's single origin so you're getting a superior flavor and quality. The owners are very polite and engaging and always provide good service. The food is the perfect thing to accompany your drink of choice. There's a nice outside patio that creates a little retreat from the hustle and bustle of the day. Sit there, relax and enjoy a fine cup of coffee and peace of mind.”

“Really enjoyed this bakery/restaurant. It sits on the corner of Juniper and 30th. This one is South Park, they also have a location in North Park. I got chocolate croissant, breakfast croissant (eggs, bacon, cheese, arugula, tomato) w side salad, and lavender mint latte. The lavender mint latte was the best! Great blend of lavender flora note and minty flavor. The bacon in the croissant was over cooked. Very crunchy. I would prefer it to be thin and crispy like chips not thick and crunchy like chicharrones. Overall, great food. The mini cheesecake and fruit tart were delicious. Limited seating inside and there are outdoor seating along the side walk.”

“Merchant just took the payment via my phone’s Apple Pay. Didn’t tell me the price or show me his point of sale screen so I had no idea what I was happening. Charged $7.61 for a single taco.”

“The good: the lunch specials .... hello. Green curry was on point. The egg rolls had more than enough to share. I'm glad that they offer tofu on the lunch special menu. The bad: no AC and it's a hot summer day.”

“The hubby brought me here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. We had a 10 min wait to be seated since it was pretty busy. The food is great, the coffee options are awesome, try the banana one!! Overall, great experience.”

“I’ve been ordering very frequently (at least 3 times a week) from this excellent establishment for the last three months and I can honestly say I’ve fallen in love with their sandwiches. I’ve been trying to eat less processed meats and the hard working ladies here have been helping me transition without them knowing. It’s delicious, fresh, and they always serve with a smile and warm customer service. The veggie sandwich is my go to, occasionally I also order pico de gallo when I’m craving sweet. I’ve lost weight thanks to this place!”

“This is a rec center for AD personnel (anyone with access to base can come in) with computers, small movie theater, video games, billiards, and place to eat with a Starbucks. ODDLY when most sailors are off on the weekend they are closed except for special events such as MWR.”

“Went here on a day where they weren’t busy and it took a while to get the food from them. Which I think they are new so that might be why. We got two mains and an appetizer and it was about 48$ which to me is a little pricy and the food was not bad but just took a long time and noting too special.”

“Loving these small pop-up! I'm so glad I got to try her dishes. The week I went she had Cambodian food on her menu which I admire because here in san diego you don't get a lot of authentic Cambodian food. This was the first time I had tried coconut milk with my vermicelli noodles dish and it does add a nice fresh taste to it! More creamy! She changes her menu every 2 weeks. At first I was was confused how to find the place, but it's located inside the market place and she cooks at Cafe Indonesia vendor (pink sign). She's there every Monday. Definitely would recommend and follow her on Instagram to see what's on her menu. I've looked at her past menu and wished I knew about it so I can give it all a try!”

“Ordered the pork adobo. Took about 10 mins to come out. It tasted good, however, It was super oily and leaking through the cardboard container they use. Lost my appetite eventually.”

“Love the setup. Wide open outdoor space, well distributed and very well decorated. Love bringing the family here to hang out and get some fresh air while eating some very tasty food. Menu somewhat limited and a tad overpriced but everything I've ever had here is delicious and made fresh. I can only imagine this place expanding the menu and getting better. If this place ever gets a license to sell beer, it would take it over the top! Will definitely be back.”

“I decided to try this on a Saturday to fill my mariscos crave and was totally blown away! The food on the menu was way above my expectation, it’s like getting restaurant quality at the convenience of a food truck. Best bang for your buck. Even the area to eat was shaded with turf and a TV for entertainment. The line was a bit long but they got my food out relatively quick. 10/10 recommend this place… it’s a sleeper 👍”

“The food was great! Flavorful, large portions, great variety in the vegan special. The service was stellar as well. Our server was attentive without breathing down our backs, presented the platter, then plated it for us going over what was what. The ambiance was great, cool air conditioned dinning area, clean and calming environment. Not a single thing bad about this experience and dinner here.”

“Ok, I know what your thinking, “it’s just a sandwich”, right? WRONG! I LOVE sandwiches and my husband being from NY appreciates a great deli sandwich. These were piled high! I had the Turkey club and he did not skimp on the meat or toppings! The best thing was it was so fresh!! The avocados, lettuce, tomatoes were crisp and crunchy. Just done right! The place is so clean and chill, great music playing! I didn’t know what to expect because going out to eat these days is such a disappointment with no quality ingredients. This was filling, DELICIOUS $11!?! This is great place to kick back, enjoy some great food and the best part? Mortal Combat and Street Fighter race games are free! Took me right back to the 90’s riding my skateboarding to my friends pad to play video games. DEFINITELY will be back!”

“I loved everything about my experience at Key and Cleaver. They’re very close to where I live and I walked past a handful of times wanting to step in. Got the chance recently and I was not disappointed. We ordered their juicy bacon cheeseburger, which came with the most delectable, crunchy and perfectly seasoned fries I’ve ever had. They make their own rosemary salt and sprinkle it all over the fries and the flavor is *chefs kiss*! The owners were so warm and fun to talk to. They were very enthusiastic when we asked for recommendations. I’m glad I live so close to this wonderful little restaurant!! I’ll be a frequent patron ❤️”
